Brass Taps Pizza Pub

Disappointing.

Food took over an hour, two of the pizzas arrived burned (one was inedible).
Service was available but slow
Probably a great place for a drink, but not for food.

One of the few places with a semi-enclosed, heated patio open year-round (braved this in -15°C wind chill once, with sufficient bundling up!), which I greatly appreciate; back room with the door open is good for fresh air too. Great environment for watching a game, and enjoyed the pizza, veggie burger, and beer selection as well!

Hands down our favourite neighbourhood pub for pizza and happy hour! The staff are so friendly, and they remember us now. PS they have the best lemon pepper chicken wings in town:)

The pub itself is really nice, it has a good vibe to it, but the service is.deplorable. Went on Saturday night and called ahead for a reservation. We got a small 2 person table right across the bar and just waited for 30 minutes.we had to go to the bar and wait 5-7 minutes to be served with a bear.
The worst part is, people that arrived after us got served right away.
Only 1 bartender and 1 waiter were working the pub that night, the pub wasn't full but it was packed and they also had a party or something similar in the back.

Maybe our second visit will be better, but for now.

Great neighbourhood pub. Recently renovated, they have a great covered patio in the back. Friendly service, good food and good prices for beer. Good for watching the game. I had the breakfast burrito it was great!

SUPER FRIENDLY, great patio and the food was fantastic. Everyone should try this place, I'm not kidding.

Pizza was like.just usual homemade looking/tasting. Pizza came with onions which was not something I ordered.
At least the tall cans were 4 bucks!
I've heard better things about the sandwiches. Beer glasses weren't super clean and had to physically get up to go and ask for our bill?

They sell chicken bones as wings! I was surprised how they found wings with almost no chicken! It didn’t worth the money!

Yeah… don’t eat the pizza here. It’s paper thin the the point it’s translucent. Luckily I didn’t get cheese because the ones I saw with cheese also had literal pools of grease. It’s really not hard to make a decent pizza… Good tap selection through.

If you're going to cancel people's orders on Uber Eats because they add multiple on-sale items, don't offer deals at all, it's bad business practice. When I'm waiting for food to arrive for my family and I then check my phone 30min later and realize the order was cancelled 20minutes in, it really throws a wrench in our plans. Please remove your deals if you don't intend to honour them.

I realize that you might think I'm cheap to order multiple on-sale items but please realize a chicken wrap shouldn't cost $16.50 to begin with, nor should a small bowl of chili cost $10.50. I've eaten at your restaurant before and am familiar with the portions.

Perhaps I'm vastly underestimating your operating/overhead costs and am being unreasonable but I also think it's unreasonable to offer something on your menu then cancel the order 20min later. This happens consistently by the way and anyone reading this can try it right now in the app. It's not a one off thing or I wouldn't be writing this review. Please at least add a note in the description of your on-sale items to say what constitutes a valid order for it not to be cancelled, this would save everyone time. It's better to be pro-active then retroactive when dealing with these situations.

The food was absolutely delicious. Definitely the best pickles I've had. & Use the dip for the pizza, it's even more delicious!
Wait time was none and service was awesome.

Great food on Saturday. We ambled around the streets not being able to decide in anything. Then…we found this place.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The beer was cold and priced perfectly. Pizza was great the wings were in sale and perfectly saucy and crunchy.

The back patio is amazing and I wish I had taken more photos. We left and instantly wanted to go back. We will be back soon. Thank you so much.
