Disrespectful towards other lawyers. They represent the Real Estate Developers so they arm twist the buyer into whatever terms they like.

They refused a mail courier to use their washroom. There was a lady in the front office that told him to go on the third floor. Disguisting, shows a lot about your business, makes sense it's called "bratty". Smh let the ppl that make your business run use the washroom. It's called kindness.

I had first hand experience with Brattys closing my condo deal and it was a very smooth process. The lawyer who had handled my file was very responsive and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a residential lawyer. Not sure why people are commenting regarding the inability to get in touch with them because it's been very easy for me, but of course everyone has their own experience but for me, I've had zero issues. Also very competitive pricing

I totally agree the most unprofessional firm, never replies to emails. I am not sure why reputed builders work with such firms?
