Bread & Bretzel Basket

Ok.sooooo. I love bakeries and this place popped up on my Google search and I thought I would try it out. All I can say is. Where have you been all my life! Well it has been right there pretty much all my life! It is an amazing bakery, I timed it just right to get a fresh french loaf that was just out of the oven.amazing! And I had a selection of their pastries which were awesome! Just go here and you will not regret it! I would have taken pictures of the pastries but they disappeared rather quickly.no idea why.

Visiting this bakery today made my day! The coffee was absolutely delicious, and the treats were heavenly. I tried their pecan and chocolate tarts and also brought home their black forest roll, dinosaur cookie, and chocolate cake. Everything had the perfect level of sweetness. The black forest roll was my favorite with its surprisingly amazing sourcherry filling. The chocolate cake was my least favorite, because butter cream-even in the thinnest layers- is just not my thing. For fellow Persians looking for the perfect chocolate cake with fluffy chocolate ganache layers like 'BB cake' in town, this was not it. Keep looking!

The prices were low, and the seating area was cozy, cute, and perfect for working. The staff were all friendly and a joy to talk to. The only downside was that my coffee and treats came in take-out containers.

The best part of my experience was getting to chat with the owner, Klemens. He was so friendly and it was fascinating to hear about the history of the bakery and some of his life adventures. It really made my visit even more special!

Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here and can't wait to come back and try even more delicious treats!

Their food is delicious! Have been going here for awhile and everything is always so fresh and reasonably priced. The staff is always really friendly!

I stopped buying a lot of things from the grocery store because they don't come anywhere close to what they have to offer. The begals are always fresh and soft. Their pumpkin pie is the best you can find anywhere, and I haven't had one cake I didn't love from here.

Found this place near my student house on a whim with a friend and now it’s my go to for bread or sweet treats. Very homey place with delicious options. I don’t even know if I can pick a favourite thing I have had but if you’re around you should definitely check it out.

The best bakery in KW. Their soups, served daily, except on Sundays and Mondays, are also outstanding.

Had a sandwich and a pastry for lunch here the other day. The bread is the star of the show and tasted like a sandwich I'd have on a picnic. I bought some bagels to take home and they are far and away the best bagels I've ever eaten.

Highly recommend this place for a simple lunch and good bread.

Love this bakery! Not only do they have great treats and bread, but their drinks are as good as Starbucks and a third the price.

From their delicious raspberry berliner, pig ears, black forest rolls, rye bread and sausage rolls. A family run business with old world charm and baking skills.

Lately I've been stopping in almost every day for a post-work hot chocolate, some bread for the family, and maybe some treats. Highly recommend the pretzel bun rounds and fritters.

Absolutely delicious fresh baked bread, cakes, pastries. Handmade chocolates, marzipan. Can order ahead for special occasions cakes made from scratch with real, natural ingredients. If you are nostalgic for European baking this is my go to store

The Bakery does a good job of maintaining rules on social distancing. There baked goods are delicious. I love their cinnamon buns, cookies, butter tarts, and more! They'll also sell you loaves of french bread as well.

Their pretzel buns are phenomenal, specially when u get them fresh out of the oven. The crispy buttery outside and the soft warm inside hits your mouth, its like a symphony of emotions hitting your brain. Point being go and try them hot and fresh.:)

It's a family run. They have a great selection and every thing taste wonderful. They also will do special orders

They have great pastry, and their bread is phenominal. Would recommend their coconut macaroons and pretzels

Tucked away in a small neighbourbood plaza, this place is certainly a gem. Fresh, large selection. Our house currently smells like the rye bread - that’s how fresh it was. The pretzels we bought didn’t make it out of the parking lot! We look forward to visiting when the cafe section is open.

I wish I knew Bread & Bretzel Basket was here before now. Amazing, friendly staff, delicious bread and divine desserts. The Chocolate Shortbread cookies will melt in your mouth.
