This family owned place is a PERFECT weekend activity. From the rage room, good vibes soca music, and authentic Caribbean food, my sister and I were in LOVE. Kudos to Shakira, her husband, and her family, these beautiful souls really knocked this place outta the park

Had a great time with my partner Denise! We took advantage of the date night package and had a blast smashing up plenty of old plates, wine glasses, an old printer and a VCR. We were safely padded up and given safety masks to wear and then escorted to the rage room where we both got out a lot frustration! Perfect fun for our anniversary.

This family-owned business offers the PERFECT activity to do with your friends, family, or even solo! Shakira and her husband are such amazing and hardworking people. They truly ensure that you are having fun and take the time to get to know you! Plus, once you work up a sweat in the rage room, Shakira's husband offers the BEST Carribean food! The jerk chicken and rice was the best Carribean food I have ever had.even better than restaurants in Toronto, Ottawa, and Kingston! My sister and I cannot wait to come back here!

So friendly there! The food is amazing! They are hopping there with the rage room and a great place to release that stress and have some fantastic food. Wow what a great place to be. Can’t wait to go again.

Had a great experience here. Owners are amazing. My only suggestion is heavier bats with shock absorbency. Will definitely come back.

Did the ultimate package at Break N Rage which was our first rage room experience and it completely exceeded expectations! We arrived early and were able to enter the room 10 minutes early which was so gracious of the owners. We loved getting to play our own music and the kind warmness that was in the space. Shakira was nice enough to even send us video clips of us in the room which was a cherry on top of the whole experience! We didn’t get to try the food but will definitely be going back for more raging in the future!

This is better than therapy! And don't leave without getting the food too. We will be back!

They helped me and my friend start her 30s with a BANG & SMASH! The food is incredible! Heard alot of good things about the jerk chicken and it lives up to the reviews! The rice and peas is delicious and next time we will call ahead to get some of those yummy vegetarian options.
They were so welcoming and helpful for a couple of raging noobs but we will definitely be back with more things to rage on!

The wings are bbbbBUSSSSUNG! So is their fried rice! I cannot wait to order again! Im still licking my fingers! Delllliiiiiishhhhhhh! Excellent portion, even better price, and even better flavour! Wow

Had so much fun, so many things to smash for the date night package. We both had an amazing time. The tv was so fun to smash. And the crowbar had some good weight to it. The food smelled incredible. I highly recommend this place.
