Worst service, worst place, worst people. I went there, there was an old lady for my appointment, I don’t know her name - she wears glasses.
Equipment-
The machines, equipment, and massage chair that they use are all outdated. Massage chair doesn’t even work properly. You won’t even feel the massage. She used the old hot and cold fan for my nails after the nail paint, which is very rare. That fan took ages to dry out my nail paint. The nail paint they asked me to choose from the front wall, they all looked so old and poor quality nail paint and guess what - I was right, my nail paint started chipping the very next day.
Hygiene-
Unhygienic rating: 100/10! The place was not clean at all. You will see the nail dust from nail buffing and broken nails all over the place, especially at the manicure station. I did not even like putting hand on the desk because it was so dirty. I could also see dried out liquid, hand prints and other unnecessary clutter on the desk. I am not even sure if they even wash the slippers after each use since they looked dirty as well.
Service-
She did not shape my nails and buff them properly. Left edges on a few nails. Same thing with nail paint. The way she was doing nail paint, it went on my skin on fingers. If I had not looked properly, she would have left that nail paint just like that. I told her to remove that nail paint outside my nails on a few nails, she made faces at me and then tried to remove it but it was already a bit dry - it wasn’t removed properly.
Worth the money? -
Definitely not. She asked me if I wanted to pay by card or cash. I said credit- they charge extra $3 for credit card payments so I chose debit. Then she brings the card machine and asked me in front of all the customers IF I WANT TO TIP IN CASH OR CARD and HOW MUCH I WANT TO TIP without handling me over the card machine and letting me choose the tip myself. I felt like this is the scheme they use to embarrass customers and force them to tip even if they’re not satisfied with the service. I did not tip. I understand all the businesses out there want your money but some them actually offer good service for your value but this spa - definitely just after your money.
I am never going back to this place.
