Through virtual meetings and written communication with Manda, all our questions were answered in a timely, congenial and professional manner while she made the revisions necessary to complete the updating process in less than three months.

I dealt with Michal at Brechin & Huffman - he was friendly & easy to do business with until recently. I expressed my needs to him in a meeting (amending our articles to reflect our business name instead of a numbered company) and his law clerk carried out a master business license instead which is a useless piece of paper that I could've obtained myself for minimal cost (~$100) - instead they charged me $500. They were not cooperative in this matter (regardless of my meeting with Michal, with a witness to confirm my requests) so I've decided to make the switch to a different corporate lawyer.
