They open & close my pool along with other maintenance throughout the season and I’ve always had a over the top experience with dealing with Breezewood.highly recommend

I recently had my water tested at this establishment, and I must say they handled the testing process with ease and efficiency. Additionally, when requesting assistance with an issue, they promptly dispatched someone to address the matter, even if I couldn't be present during the visit.
However, I noticed that there was room for improvement in terms of communication. It would have been helpful if they proactively informed me of their visit and the results afterward. I found that I needed to follow up with them to get the necessary updates.
Furthermore, I experienced some delays, cancellations, and communication gaps when arranging for someone to come out while I needed to be present. I believe there is an opportunity for the company to enhance their communication and scheduling processes to avoid these inconveniences.
Nonetheless, I must acknowledge their expertise in providing pool supplies, chemicals, and related products, as their selection and service in this area were commendable.
In conclusion, if you require pool supplies and chemicals, this place is reliable. However, for more consistent and reliable service calls, you might want to consider exploring other options first.

We have been using Breezewood for many years now and have always been pleased with their excellent level of service and friendly staff. They have a wide variety of products and are very knowledgeable with what is needed to keep my pool fresh and clean all summer long. Thanks so much for all your excellent customer service through the years! Highly recommend Breezewood Pools.

Our family has been utilizing Breezewood pools in Bolton for many years now. The retail staff is very helpful and resourceful. Every time we come in Alessya in customer service always helps us with parts, chemicals & water tests.
