Team Bremner replaced 16 x 32 liner, skimmer, installed 6 ft.wide permanent stair access, 30 inch wide poured concrete deck in the Fall 2022 and natural gas pool heater, spring 2023. When old liner was removed, repair to the wall of the pool was required.the repair work was top notch. The walk-in stair installation looks super. Liner fits perfectly. The poured concrete deck work is exceptional. The natural gas water heater in spring 2023 changed our summer. Electrical installation to pump and heater were necessary and look to be well installed. We swam more in May than we did all of last year. A new pool safety cover installation was well worth the cost and installs or removes quickly. Every team Bremner has from office to field work were upbeat, friendly and professional. We are completely satisfied. Thank you Team Bremner. It's obvious why you are rated #1 in Durham region

Contacted Bremner Pools this spring for a quote to replace my pool liner. Imran personally called me to go over what the quote entailed and to give me rough estimate of how much it would cost. The quote was reasonable and the personal touch of the call back is what made me decide to go with Bremner. The guys that came out to remove my winter cover and remove the old pool liner were courteous and left my backyard cleaner than when they arrived. 2 weeks later, Bremner was back to install the new liner and get my pool open for the season. The new liner looks fantastic and I've been very impressed with Bremner's customer service! Keep up the good work! I've found my new pool servicing company!

**Update September 2020**
I need to add to my previous review. After our pool liner was installed, we noticed water trapped behind the liner. Bremner came and sucked the water out. A few weeks later, the water was back. I contacted Bremner a second time and within a few days, someone was in my backyard testing for leaks. A hole was found in the liner, and it was patched. I expressed my disappointment in having a brand new liner with a patch, and Imran responded assuring me that he had already contacted the manufacturer and ordered a new liner. The liner was to be replaced at pool closing at no cost to me!

One spring in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, our previous pool services company notified us that they would not be able to further provide us with their services. Looking for a company in those difficult times that would offer services to anyone’s expectations and actually finding one, it felt similar to winning the lottery. And, judging by the reviews of BREMNER POOL AND SPA customers, we decided to give it a try. Little did we know that in such times we would be so lucky as to “win the lottery”.
So far we needed yearly pool opening and closing, but if we were to sum up our review of the staff and the services they have provided, the word would be: EXCELLENT.
The few staff members we interacted with, Michael, Alex, Hakim and Jeeva, have been all professional, knowledgeable, reliable, understanding, patient, efficient, trustworthy and making sure we were satisfied with the end result.

The Bremner team did a complete renovation on our pool late last year. They provided a quick accurate quote and managed to schedule the work into their busy fall schedule. We were so pleased they were able to complete all the work before winter.

We have a steep hill down to the pool in our backyard and they took steps to protect landscaping and gardens. They implemented all of the additional features we requested including new steps into the pool, a pool light and a new safety cover. They completed the work in a very professional manner. They started when they said they would and worked hard to complete it last fall. This spring we had the joy of opening a beautiful new pool. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them.
