Two months ago I was looking for a new insurance provider as I was moving out on my own. I posted a status on Facebook and ended up finding out about Mark through my RMT. I contacted Mark the next day, and right away he quoted me. The quote was higher than the insurance I was paying elsewhere, however Mark suggested I keep in touch in case anything changed once my existing policy was to be renewed. Two days ago I found out that my current insurance rate was going to increase $60 without any home insurance policy included. Right away I reached out to Mark and he worked through a new policy with me. Not only was he easy to get along with, but he remembered details from our last conversation which a corporation would never remember. Sometimes small businesses are the way to go in the long run! I may be spending a little bit more money myself, but there are options for me to save money - in time! Not only has he helped me but he also helped my partner save $130 a month.
