With all the out of town family, and elderly family members who had planned to travel to Toronto. We initially had 2 vehicles booked. Thanks to Dave and Dave M for the great service. Dave and the smaller shuttle had the bonus day:).

The trip to old Toronto on the larger coach was smooth and connected along the way with Dave M. Turns out we probably crossed paths on the basketball court at times and we have mutual connections through work as well. All the best, my friend.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional services offered by Brentwood Livery. Chauffeur (Angela) made it a truly memorable and luxurious experience for my wedding couple. The chauffeur, (Angela) dressed in a sharp uniform, exuded elegance and professionalism. Her warm demeanor instantly put my couple at ease making my clients feel like VIP from the moment they stepped out of the church onto the red carpet, and into the vehicle. The interior of the Tesla was nothing short of luxurious, and equipped with all the modern amenities. The soft, plush leather seats-art sound system, set the perfect ambiance for my couples journey to their hotel. Angela’s expertise and attentiveness made the ride smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. Overall, my experience with Brentwood Livery was exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in search of an incredible limo experience. I won an engagement cruise, and I also paid for a SUV limo for our wedding, as well as for a shuttle the night of the wedding. Brentwood Livery hit it out of the park 3/3 for these trips!

Beverly was fantastic to work with on the booking side of things, and Brent himself was a delight to communicate with.

On each of these three bookings we had Kent as our driver. Kent was the absolute best driver! Not only did he get us to where we needed to be smoothly, and with class and style, but he went above and beyond to be the best limo driver I have ever seen. He was caring towards us and our other passengers, and even brought us water while we were doing our photoshoot! I really could not speak more highly of Kent as a driver and as a person.

Finally, a small but important note: everything worked and seemed brand new! I say this because most limos I've used for other weddings typically something is broken (interior lighting, cooler, music, etc.). Having ridden in a stretch limo, a SUV limo, and a sprinter van (shuttle) I can say that all three seemed brand new and everything worked, which was an unnecessary but delightful change of place!

Long story short though: I'd give Brentwood Livery a 11/10, Kent a 20/10, and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone!

Words cannot express my appreciation for the Excellent Service received by all the staff at Brentwood Livery. The smoothest part of the day and evening was the attention given to us by them, and the "grand entrance" that we planned for our daughter went off without a hitch and it was such a relief to have a quiet comfortable ride home after such a busy exciting day. Limo bus was well equipped and driver was very nice. Poor planning on my part and we missed first wine tour due to traffic. Help with regards to planning for travel time would have been appreciated.

Our driver Peter was great, he was very kind and always checking in making sure we were comfortable and having the best time possible. We recently used Brentwood Livery's services, to transport our daughter and bridesmaids from Waterloo to the wedding venue in Caledon. Everything was seamless, from booking with Beverley, to the white stretch limo arriving early, so they didn't feel rushed.
Peter, their driver, was friendly and professional, pointing out the refreshments and making sure they were able to listen to their playlist. It was a great experience, and I would highly recommend their services.

We hired Brentwood for day-of transportation and late night guest shuttle for our spring wedding at Ancaster Mill. Brentwood literally rolled out the red carpet for our big day and made us feel so special! We booked the large limo bus for day-of transportation to transport our 14-person wedding party and it was the perfect amount of space for us. Our driver was so pleasant and patient as he took us to each of our pre-ceremony photography locations and never made us feel rushed. We were able to play our own music as well which was great.

KW is lucky to have such a high level service. Edit: 2023: several years later, I'd like to upgrade my review. I am inspired to work with this company. There is something to say about such kindness and passion from a company over so many years! The drivers are outstanding and professional. I have experienced they are good at knowing when to share and when to back off cause your processing. They "read the play" and try to think in advance to ensure a seamless ride. It is my hope that this company grows. I also hope the community rallies around brentwood like we have seen over the years Brentwood rally for the community! I'm in!
