Dropped off my PS4 with Brett after reading the reviews on here and definitely agree with them. He was great to talk with in regards to the problem and when it was not quite the expected error we were thinking, he was still very fair and understanding. Wishing I had known about him in the past and may have saved myself more money then I needed to spend for less service elsewhere.

Absolutely outstanding work! Amazing human! He took on a PS4 that was WAY more work than we expected! He stayed after his regular shop hours to finish the work and fixed it up to the point where it runs good as new! Cannot express enough how grateful I am for his hard work, determination and commitment to seeing a project through! Even when it becomes a major headache! Thank you SOOO MUCH BRETT I’m so thankful you were able to save my PlayStation! Sorry it drove ya crazy lol

Brett is honestly now my go to person. Not everyone would stay open just for a group of 3 with a Playstation that had a disc drive problem (upon many more found after taking it apart) but brett did.
Brett was super kind and helpful and even allowed me and friends to even sit on the floor of the shop and make tons of small talk and crack jokes together. He saved this damn Playstation that had residue of smoke, and not only did he clean it to look so shiny and brand new, but he took the time to make it run discs it didn't want to run in the first place.

I took my son's beats to him to replace the cushions on them. It didn't take him long and he replaced the cushions with ones we had already bought. My son is happy.

Ps5 controller had a huge amount of stick drift. PlayStation said it needed to be sent in and would take 2 weeks, brought it to Brett and he fixed it in a couple hours for a great price. Definitely recommend!

Went in with broken HDMI port, everywhere else charging 160-175 with 1-2 weeks wait time. He charged 80 and got it done same day. Works like brand new. Highly recommend and super nice guy.

I needed a new battery and charge port for my iphone. I emailed Brett and he got back to me promptly. When i brought my phone he replaced the port, and told me that my battery was still pretty healthy, and that he would replace it if i wanted, but that it probably wasn't required yet. I appreciated the honesty. Thanks Brett.

Called first for my computer issue. Brett took his time on the phone to listen and explain. I took the computer in and he quickly checked it for me without asking to leave it and come back.
