Bridge Yachts Ltd

This is our first experience with Bridge Yachts and it was less than favorable. We live 3 1/2 hours away so all negotiations were done over the phone. The initial package was put together with a larger inflatable boat and motor however the weight of the motor was an issue so we renegotiated another package. Neil confirmed all the products we required were in stock gave us a total price and we did give a $200 hold deposit and told him we would be there to pick everything up the next day at 1: 00. We arrived to find the inflatable had to be found in his stock and as it turned out he did not have it in stock. He knew we were coming from 3 1/2 hours away to pick everything up and we had to leave empty handed. Neil blamed their computer system and typically that boat should have been ready for when we arrived which means checking stock ahead of time and calling us before we headed out if it was not available. He suggested we drive to Oakville to get the inflatable that we needed or he could get it and we would have to drive back to Port Dover another 7 hours round trip to pick it up. Not acceptable a very poor example of customer service.

Family business with a smile from the time I entered to the time I left, yet my pocket book a bit lighter ;-). Refreshing to be treated so warmly by the staff. Congrats on the 30 years and many more generations of ownership to come. Thank you.

I recently purchased a new outboard from Bridge Yachts and was very pleased with how I was treated. Neil of Bridge Yachts answered all my questions and was very helpful when I picked up the motor. They make sure you are a happy customer and even prepped the motor with a full inspection beforehand!

I'm relatively new to the waves and all few years in and out. Keep quiet. Love my zodiac. I don't think that there's another place I would actually go actually. Not sure that there is another place I would go. These are awesome. Always great service always seem to have what I want and ugly enough. Always seem to find things I didn't know I need. Anyhow, we'll always be back as they've helped me quite a bit regardless of being a noob.

I just bought a new 6 hp kicker for my boat here.
Totally impressed with the people and their straightforward approach.
The fact that the price was the lowest I could find in Ontario was not too shabby either.
I totally recommend these folks.

How good is Bridge Yachts Limited oh, I drive from Fort Erie Ontario to Port Dover Ontario just to have them service and store my boat. I would say they are that good not to mention they have everything you need

I bought a zodiac and a tohatsu motor here. The staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are fair and the dinghy and engine are working perfectly. Highly recommend this business. Thanks Bridge Yacht!

Al is great. Really knowledgeable and goes out of his way to understand what you're looking for with regard to electronics. He is a wiz with the instrumentation and has extensive sailing experience, so speaks the language.
The guy that runs the parts desk is also super knowledgeable and great with older engine parts.
I drive out of my way to give these folks the business.keep up the great service!

This place is a typical small mom and pop style marina. With all the modern amenities. The owner is super nice and friendly The young ladies working the counter are knowledgeable and helpful. Haven't had a bad interaction.
