Bridgehead

This is my regular coffee shop for my morning coffee. With reasonable prices, friendly staff, and good muffins and scones I keep coming back. I also like that I can have my coffee mug easily refilled. Coming here is part of my daily routine that I expect to continue for a long time!

It's delicious! The coffee is good, prices are about average. The only thing I would say is the person that served us was rude and could have been nicer. Despite that it was an OK experience. I would recommend the coffee, not so much the atmosphere.

Went around 9 am, No Crowd, Got Coffee & Cheese/Egg Wrap. Coffee was Great, The Wrap was Horrible. Seems like Glued Wrap. One bite, Had to Toss it. Do not have these Wraps early morning, They are NOT fresh.

I had heard great reviews but was not impressed by the coffee.

I have tasted better.

It’s bridgehead people. Best coffee in town. One star removed for selling out to second cup. What a bone head move.

Decent coffee shop. Various beverage options, some small snack selection. Hip atmosphere, unlike the low-rent feel of Tim Hortons.

Bridgehead generously donates gift baskets to many of the charities that I volunteer for. Their products are high quality and are perfect for any coffee lover.

This is one of my favourite Bridghead locations. It's slightly elevated over Metcalfe street providing a slightly nicer view over other locations. The surrounding buildings are historic and meaningful and its generally a nice ambience in this neighborhood.

The coffee is among the best in Ottawa and their London Fogs are one of my go-to drinks. They are known for having fresh seasonal menu items, and anything pumpkin or festive is worth trying even twice!

The layout of the coffee shop is great and it accommodates lines of people which are serviced efficiently and seemingly effortlessly - and there is plenty of space to sit comfortably with a laptop for a few hours.

The staff in this location are very friendly, and very engaging of clients. The manager does an excellent job with his team.

Great spot for tourists and professionals who work in the area. Close to LRT and local transit options.

Fast, efficient, friendly. You feel like you're nor just buying tea or coffee but contributing to a sustainable environment for workers.

This is the place to go for breakfast in Ottawa. Awesome service and deeply satisfying victuals

Our group was happy to see a Bridgehead Sparks street location after a lovely October walk in Ottawa.

We ordered a variety of coffees and baked goods and were happy to have several gluten free options. Protein bites and zucchini chocolate bread.

Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks.

Would recommend.

I think it is a Canadian owned coffee store. I don't see them in Toronto, however they seem to be thriving in Ottawa.good coffee and a nice atmosphere plus the fact that it is not an American store.

Great coffee. Great place to hang out and drink with friends, but I wouldn't recommend trying to get work done here because it's pretty loud (unless of course you like working in that atmosphere)

Les francophones ne sont pas bienvenus. J’ai commandé un latte. La serveuse m’a répondu « I don’t speak French ». Pourtant latte ce prononce de la façon. J’ai écris un plainte à la direction - silence radio!

Amazing drinks and refreshments for all kinds of weather with sweet and savory treats to pair with. Also at affordable prices.
Very polite and welcoming staff in a neat and calm atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Local Ottawa chain of coffee houses. Friendly service, knowledgable staff and good coffee. Only issue is that don't have bearclaws.

I love this Bridgehead. For some reason, it's great for impromptu banter with staff or other customers. Americanos are perfect.

1. This place is not cozy, it’s very modern with borderline uncomfortable chairs.

2. The almond croissant I had was hard and over cooked to say the least. Also, the taste left something to be desired.

3. The WiFi is abysmal.

Just go to Tim Horton’s.

This is such a great little chain. Everything is sourced ethically and made on Preston Street. All of their locations are good but this one is one of my favourite places to sit and study.

It is best Chai Tea Latte I’ve had at any coffee shop and their jalapeño scones warmed up with butter are delicious.

Fresh food and great service. I love picking up a loaf of wild yeast sour dough bread to take home too!

Nice place to grab a coffee, they have decent gluten free options and the line up goes relatively fast. Sometimes the floors are slippery, it is a very high traffic location. Note: this location does not brew single origin.

The product is excellent but the staff in this location seamed distracted. Not the best service.
