Weaker service than their big name. Other branches are better. Giving a part of your order and forget about your coffee more than 10 mins. Not a good place for longer stay and work.

The staff here have been taking care of me for 5 years.never a bad latte.awesome stuff.awesome people.

This review is only for their hot chocolate. Walked in to this location on a freezing cold January evening to get a hot chocolate and it was seriously the worst hot chocolate I have ever had. Tasted very chalky and had a grainy texture. Should have gone to timmies instead.

This placeonly good for single one person at a time because those single people take up all the space and use up all the tables and don't care about group people people more than one they sit there and watch movies and use the internet therefore there's no space for other people to sit obviously they're regulars and they just take up space

Would like to say that is one of the best coffee places I’ve had the pleasure of coming to! There was a lovely barista during my visit (I think her name started with an A with short black hair?). She made me the most beautiful flat white and her service was ever so sweet. She definitely deserves the credit for her amazing customer service here, I am sure I am not the only one who she has treated lovely! Thank you to Bridgehead and their lovely staff!

The staff who prepare my order is nice. But the cashier had such a bad attitude and looks like she owed others millions of dollars. Food is ok but just average

Would be lovely if employees would be trained not to handle teabags directly after touching money etc.

The staff at this location are lovely, friendly and always put a smile on my face. I haven’t had anything I don’t like here, from the coffee and tea to the baked goods. Always my top choice for meeting with friends downtown.

Price was genuine i talk about the quality. Great with to visit.as i am coffee lover so i often visited this place and every time i was happy with the services. Thank you guys.

Good food, great service. Expect to pay about $45 per person with an appetizer and entree (after tax and tip).

By far and away the very best Flat White coffee I've found to date in Ottawa. The staff have always been friendly and on the whole very knowledgable about their coffees. Cookies are pretty damn tasty too!

I live in London, UK and visit family in Ottawa a lot and I'm used to an excellent standard of coffee in my city and Bridgehead would definitely do well on both sides of "the pond". Love the fact they use good quality Oat milk too. Well worth a visit.

Coffee was excellent, atmosphere was decidedly coffeeshop. Could've been cleaner, but otherwise good experience.

Dependable quality of coffee as per Bridgehead standards. Nice ambience at this location, with enough spacing between tables for personal space.

Great place (in my case specifically at their Preston Street location). This place makes coffee for you and coffee for all their locations so you sit and enjoy industrial equipment blasting at you at an aggravating noise level to day the least. Having your eardrums assaulted at lunch time is not the ambiance I personally seek - Starbucks seems to have prospered while avoiding this model

Great downtown coffee spot. Friendly staff. Worn down floors, chairs and tables, which isn't surprising given the traffic.

Flat white has a unique taste, could be the oat milk. It's really good. Friendly baristas. I need to go back before leaving!
