Our beloved local coffee shop! Everyone is friendly, coffee is great, and a spacious relaxing atmosphere.

I love the egg and bacon breakfast wrap! Their mocha crushes are perfect for warm patio weather! Bring back the peanut butter cookies, please!

Popular location on Richmond Road in Westboro. Noisy and crowded at 10: 30 on a weekday. Only two choices of herbal tea. Good cookie

It's a great place to gather, which unfortunately makes it difficult to work at. Nice big table in the back and plenty of comfortable seating

The service here is okay. However, every single time I order a beverage from here the staff manages to make it taste weird. Most of the time, the coffee just tastes burnt and lacks flavor (e.g. Hazelnut lattes not tasting like hazelnut at all) but I've tried drinks that were almost undrinkable and been very disappointed. There is definetely room for improvement.

Like this spot but how about a new gluten-free muffin and more of them! Cranberry/apple is good but that's been your one and only for ever! What about pumpkin? The gluten-free chocolate loaf is too sweet and often dry.

My favorite place but today both strawberry lemonade crushes are so sweet, we both trash them away the moment we tasted the drinks. Waste of money, please get something healthy to help ppl live better life.

I come here regularly and always feel comfortable. The coffee is amazing and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I love the soup of the day and their wraps are amazing.

Please keep attention to your espresso.it taste sour.

The 'sour' taste from espresso coffee comes from the Tannic acid that occurs naturally in coffee beans as a plant polyphenols (a defense against insect attack). My experience tells me that sourness in espresso coffee is most often the result of the grind being too course or over-extraction.

Westboro's best hidden Workspace - super secure area with boardroom table and no theif opportinities

Coffee has a burnt taste and the music was so loud we could hardly carry on a conversation. We won’t bother coming back to this coffee shop when there are so many nicer places to go.

I enjoy coffee at Bridgehead very much but the Internet connectivity at their Golden location is very bad. WiFi kept disconnecting every 5-10 min. I tried finishing some work but it was impossible. Such a poor service for such a good establishment. It was not busy time either, it was around 6 pm and the cafe was almost empty.

Bridgehead is Ottawa's best local coffee chain. This one at Golden Ave in Westboro is one of the nicest in terms of open space and natural light.

Nice location with friendly staff. The place itself is much larger than it appears, the bulk of it’s sitting arrangements are in the back of the room on the right of the counter. The back area view is a bit boring, but the front view looks right on Richmond street.

Amazing views on a warm hot sunny day, when I want to relax. I arrived in the morning there was a delivery guy screaming outside i over heard the lady on the phone yell his name “Mitchell”.
So unprofessional in the morning not going back.

Very busy location especially on the weekends. Limited sitting area but they also have a patio.

We ordered Chai Latte and Hot Chocolate, both was good. The service is very good. The place is cozy.

SLOWEST SERVICE EVER - I live and work in this area so go here often because I like supporting local companies. Unfortunately my patience has run out. EVERY single time I go their I get the slowest service. Staff are like sloths and they're usually understaffed by at least one person. I'm not sure they realize that people going in the morning are usually pressed for time and want to be in and out as quickly as possible. They're also notorious for getting orders wrong if you substitute for something like coconut milk.

Love it here. Great atmosphere, excellent lattes. Usually pretty crowded but when you try the ham and gruyere croissant, you'll understand why.

Bridgehead serves a wonderful cappuccino that is full of body and taste. But no coffee shall be served alone. One must also accompany a coffee with a slice of dark chocolate quinoa cake. The cake is rich and moist. Service is quick and prepared with a smile.enjoy. Yes they have #glutenFree options.

Great cappuccinos nice friendly staff. Floors are often dirty due to foot traffic, needs to be cleaned more frequently. Otherwise great wraps and soups too
