Good coffee but loses point over the tipping system. Why should we tip when we are not getting served on the table. Furthermore, we even have to mix the dairy and sugar ourselves so there is no point of tipping. Tim Hortons staff do more then these guys yet they don’t get tipped.

Best Bridgehead in town! Excellent coffee, yummy treats, cozy and clean space, and most importantes, extraordinary, super friendly, dedicated and helpful manager and staff. Been going there for 10 years and still enjoying it as if it was the first time.

Unbelievable experience. I ordered 2 lattes and was given a hard time about asking for sugar in it. Then nobody made our drinks while the woman working there just ate her croissant. After around 10 minutes I asked for a refund and was told that would be far too much work. So then they finally made our drinks, which were tasty, or this would be 1 star. The place was not busy FYI
