Had a great grab-and-go experience with this place! Highly recommend raspberry pastry and cappuccino

While coffee is great, when I order coffee for there the cups and saucers were not clean (dust everywhere on the saucer and cup.). Even seating and bars are not clean. Bathrooms are locked in the evenings. They start saying only to go available from almost 1 to 2 hours before the closing time.seating is closed 20 to 30 mins ahead of the closing time. Sometimes they say dishwasher is not working and only To go is available. Staff is rude and horrible in this bridgehead.

A must-go coffee shop in Ottawa. It roasts its own coffee beans. The coffee is fragrant and the service is as good as ever.
This time the door on the main street is closed, and you have to enter through the small door of the shopping center. The atmosphere is a little different, not as lively as before.
Recommend latte, it tastes great.

Came in yesterday to order something but needed to use the restroom beforehand. Was denied access to the restroom before making a purchase. Absolutely horrendous and this turned me away from going into this store ever again. The restroom is a human dignity and a right. They can’t even provide the bare minimum!

Great place to go an get away from the hectic Starbucks insanity for better quality food and drinks. The summer beverages seem good, just not in town long enough to try them all!

I ordered a traditional cappuccino and a cheese croissant. At first I asked for a cappuccino that had less espresso to milk ratio, and they already had a menu item for that. I suppose their regular cap has more milk, and the "traditional cap" had just what I wanted. They prepared it perfectly with oat milk.

Amazing coffee shop! I go there almost every day and love their coffee! The staffs are extremely nice as well,:) Only negative point is their Wi-Fi that is terrible.

Amazing service, these two young ladies working were very accommodating and sweet while taking my order. The coffee and pastry I got was outstanding to add. Consider me a regular from now on ;)

Worst customer service. They didn’t have lids and told me to use a lid that didn’t fit my cup. Didn’t even offer to make a new one.

Visiting for a couple of months and this has become our local spot for coffee as the staff have made us feel so welcome. Thanks guys!

I frequent this location as it's close to my work, and I want to support local, however, Bridgehead has lost all of it's charm! This location is dirty, smelly and unprofessional. The milk bar wall is COVERED in bugs, something that should have been addressed long ago, it turns customers stomachs! The store as a whole is dirty and dingy, and not welcoming. The evening staff stand around chatting, not paying close attention to the quality of the drinks they are making, I am non dairy and have had them pour whole milk into my drink without noticing. I have also seen baristas make change for non customers and not wash their hands before continuing making drinks.
I want to continue supporting Bridgehead but A LOT has to change!

I came in at around 5: 30 and ordered 2 drinks. After a long wait, with only one customer ahead of us and two employees, we got an incorrect drink. It was a regular hot chocolate instead of peppermint as we asked. When it was pointed out, the barista added pumps of peppermint on top, without even stirring, and handed it back.

The long wait and mistake was most likely because the only barista making drinks was chit chatting with someone instead of taking our order or making our drinks properly.

This speed of service and poorly “remade” drink are both a horrible level or service that we shouldn’t come to expect for a premium coffee shop.

Staffs were friendly, but obviously new. Wasn’t sure which one they were making first, mocha or latte. Latte wasn’t the best, but passable as most cafes were already closed.

Got pumpkin spice over ice coffee, tasted good. Decent sweet and place is super cool right across
