I took my cat Velvet to Dr. Paul. She swallowed thread, but it was attached to a needle. He did surgery on her. He explained how serious this was and he could only do his best as he wouldn't know how much damage. Velvet survived the surgery. Dr. Paul had to cut out some of her intestine and mend it together. Her tongue was also lacerated on both sides. Dr. Paul personally phoned every day while we were all patiently waiting for Velvet to poop. He showed me different ways I could feed her and I have never been so happy to see poop in a litter box. We have been going to Bridgeview Animal Hospital for years. Dr. Paul and staff are caring and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend this hospital for your pets care. Thank you Dr. Paul and staff.

Dr. Paul is a very kind and compassionate man who understands that pets are family members. He is an expert in his field, he explains everything in great detail, and he genuinely cares about animals and people. His staff are also very nice, highly efficient, always accommodating, and they answer any questions you may have. You can be confident that you're leaving your family pet in the best possible hands.

Great office. I have brought my dog here for several years and always have a good experience. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and always prompt in filling my dog's prescription refills.

Dr Paul has been our Luke’s vet since he was a puppy. He is a wonderful and compassionate man. Dr Paul and his staff are top notch and I would never take my boy to anyone else. His staff always greets Luke with a warm smile and hello, whether it’s a well visit or a serious health issue. Our almost 14 year old boy recently suffered a serious health issue and was near death. Long story short, Dr Paul saved his life by performing a major operation and keeping an eye on Luke overnight as he recovered. Dr Paul always takes time to call our home and check up on Luke as well as speak to our family members who have questions. Although we didn’t get the best news about Luke’s health recently, Dr Paul was able to remove Luke’s spleen and stop the internal bleeding, giving us more time with him. No one knows how long we may have with Luke, but he is our Christmas miracle and surprised everyone. We are blessed to have found Bridgeview Veterinarian Hospital on Bridge Street in Niagara Falls all those years ago.

Second time I’ve had issues with this place called due to an emergencie with my cat and they denied serving us and thanks to them we almost lost him they are spiteful and not about the animals at all a few people in our area warned us to stay away absolute worse veterinarian I’ve ever dealt with! The first visit was due to my dog who they kept telling me wasnt pregnant or in labour and sent us home where we had nine puppies after that I didn’t wish for my dog to return as I had done all test and paid for for misinformation and could have caused a health problem to my animal and that is why they won’t serve us. I highly suggest going somewhere else. Also like to add I never gave attitude or treated them bad I just didn’t wish for my dog to return.

I like Dr. Paul he doesn't try to upsell to get you to buy more stuff, he is straight to the point is what I like.my dog passed away last summer he did what he could but it was just to late and I had to put her down they understood how much she meant to me and was super patient to let me have a few minutes with her.sent me a card in the mail and a cement paw print which I really appreciate. Now he takes care of my dog Hank & staff there are super nice and helpful

We have recently had our 8 year old lab Molly in to have a very large lipoma removed from her belly. The operation was successful however due to the unexpected size of the tumour her recovery was a bit more than expected. The staff at Bridgeview have been very attentive and helpful with Molly’s recovery. We cannot express how grateful we are for Dr. Paul. He has gone out of his way to be so helpful and compassionate with Molly’s care before and after surgery. He’s extremely knowledgeable and caring, even calling a couple days after her surgery to make sure she was ok, saying he was thinking of her all weekend. We would recommend Bridgeview to anyone looking for someone to take great care of their dogs or cats. Again a huge thank you to Dr. Paul and all the caring staff at Bridgeview.

I have been coming here since I was a kid with my first dog. When I met Dr. Paul (when he took over the practice) I saw no need to change. All of the staff is caring, friendly and professional. I know that my fur babies are always in good hands and that the advice I get is what they would do for their own.

Dr. Paul has taken care of my dog for 9 years, through many health issues. I have had consistently positive experiences with him and the clinic, would recommend them to everyone.

We have been bringing our animals to bridgeview for over 20 years, I’ll never be bringing any of my animals back here again!
Dr wrongly diagnosed my cat with mild upper respiratory infection never even check his heart when we went in. We ended up taking him to an emerg vet where that vet said the cats lungs were fine he had something trapped in his stomach. We spent so much $$$$ trying to save him: (

Good staff but kind of run down building and I honestly didn't care for the actual attending Vet.

Wanted to have my cat weighed and givin some worm meds. Told me they don't sell it over the counter. And that he needed to be tested. The people at another vet did what I asked and now my cats worm free. I'm assuming they wanted me to come in so they could hustle me services I don't need. Never heard good things about this location.

Just a heads up to other pet owners who love their animals this vet only cares about the money they make off you not your animal

We brought our dog in for a dental surgery/cleaning. She had a broken tooth that split all the way down. The quote they gave us was very reasonable, it included the sedation, cleaning, extraction, pain meds, and antibiotics. The drop off in the morning went very smoothly. The doctor was on time to take us in for the pre-op consultation. Dr. Paul is very soft spoken, kind and very knowledgeable. He was very gentle with our sweet girl. After we left, everything went according to the timeframe he gave us. They sedated her first, did the cleaning and surgery started at 12pm. Our baby was already awake from sedation at 2pm. We went at 4: 30pm to pick her up. When we went to pay for everything, it was exactly what they quoted us, no hidden fees or anything. Met up with Dr. Paul again to go over post-op care. Again, he was very thorough with everything. Aside from being drowsy, our dog did not show any signs of distress even though she just went through surgery. The Bridgeview team is amazing! Thank you for taking such good care of our sweet girl!

This is a great place to take your pet, I have been going here for years and they have been amazing! They saved my dogs life many years ago and my family was so grateful. This vet has a heart and truly cares

Yet another vet who charges an arm and a leg and provides misleading prices. A poop test that took one minute cost $30? Same drugs from Amazon are 3 times the price.

Have taken my pets here since I was a little girl. The staff have always been great and have taken good care of my fur babies. They tell you the plan of action and prices before they do anything and explain everything well so you can make decisions on how to best treat your pet.
