Bridletowne Warden Animal Hospital

They let my dog who was healthy.die and then lied that the cost of euthanasia would be free. But when I arrived they told me I would have to pay for it.

I didn't want to give up on my Ben.so they acted like they were helping to find a clinic that would do payment plans for surgeries.they said they found one.when I arrived to the clinic.the vet said they don't do payment plans. I was lied to.also bridletown warden animal hospital didn't send them the x-rays. I had to put down my sweet baby. I'll never bring any of my pets here again.

I love love love this hospital! I have been to this hospital a few times now and Dr. Arteaga and Dr. Ang are so knowledgeable I never doubt their diagnosis. The first time I walked into the clinic I was greeted by the friendly receptionists (I was greeted by the one with red hair) who are super nice and made me and my dogs, Itadori and Gojo, feel so comfortable during what would have been an anxious time for them.

The nurses were extremely helpful with explaining the estimate to me and what I would expect during the appointment so there were no surprises once I had to pay! A few of the clinics I have been to before would never be honest with me with pricing. The tall nurse with glasses helped me and he was very knowledgeable and let me know what is recommended catered to my dogs' specific needs.

We just did a routine checkup and the doctor was able to answer all the questions I had and helped with giving advice on how to maintain Gojo's dental heatlh.

Overall I didnt feel like I spent more than what I needed to, and my dogs left the hospital feeling happy and were not anxious for the whole experience. Highly recommend this hospital!

Please, please people call ahead to make sure the price. This is the first time to visit an animal hospital, didn’t expect the price would surprise me. The price surprised me even worse after I called other places.

Health Certificate this place $102 + tax vs. Other place $26 +tax

On the receipt there is no breakdown, one price $142 + tax = $160. Hahaha

Literally, the doctor was there for less than 3 mins.

I'm very fond of this clinic. It seems like everyone who works here really cares about animals and is committed to your pet. They're very kind and thoughtful. We are so lucky to have a great neighborhood vet.

We were able to get appointments quickly and had a good experience with our cats. The staff appear to be competent, diligent, and fond of animals. They also have a few pets for adoption.

I took my cat in to be euthanized the staff were very friendly and compassionate! Thank you for making the experience more comfortable.

I had to bring my cat in recently as I didn't have a regular vet we were seeing. Bridletowne was able to take him right away for a quick check up, after he had been diagnosed with feline urinary tract disease. I'm always sceptical with certain vets, as most that I've found are be better with dogs. Although, I'm very happy with the service here. All the staff was friendly and helpful with my cats first visit. He's very shy and skittish, but the team here took all the time they needed to make sure we had a pleasant visit. We will definitely be returning in the future! ️
They also had a cute friend up for adoption his name was Kevin. So if you're stopping by, if he's still there, and you want a furry friend to adopt, he was lovely! ️

Very carimg staff, professional and I've been goi g to them for the past 15 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Everyone is nice just a bit sad and painful to watch that they tried like about 5 times but still failed when my cat did blood test.

Brought my Morkie (Mia) here for the first time and it was an amazing experience! Mia tends to get scared and defensive around new people but everyone at bridletowne warden animal hospital took great care of her and knew exactly how to make her feel more welcomed and safe!

I had an excellent experience at Bridletowne animal hospital. I have a very nervous dog, who normally is very upset after leaving the vets, but for the first time ever he seemed very calm and far more relaxed than ever! The office staff communicated very well and the vet i spoke to was professional and friendly. I feel very comfortable bringing my pet here again.

Their staff is super friendly and they always take really good care of my dog. The service is amazing, also the diagnosis and post treatment is excellent. My dog is super happy whenever we go even when he feels sick and we feel safe and understood.

Both Dr. Arteaga and Dr. Ang are wonderful doctors. I’ve been going to their clinic since 2019. They are friendly, provide great medical advice and don’t push unnecessary services. Recently I had to make a tough decision and Dr. Arteaga was fantastic throughout the whole process. They are a great clinic!

Caring staff diagnosed our aging cat's issues, extended his life with appropriate diet, and in the end helped as requested. Very professional.

They are very organized, treated my kittens well.
Also, called twice for follow up after surgery during the week.
I would recommend them 100%

My kitty doesn't freak out when coming here and everyone that works here are welcoming and knowledgeable.

They answer my questions and address my concerns promptly and I feel confident bringing my kitty here.

I’ve been treating my puppy lucky for a year now.they are very polite and always put the needs of your pet first above all. All the docs and nurses are qualified and knowledgeable. I recommend getting the pet protection plan if ur a new pet parent, it just makes doc visits less stressful. In terms of price they are very affordable considering the services offered.

Great staff, very knowledgeable and willing take the time to follow up on procedures. They truly do care for the well being of the animals.

I took my boyfriends dog in for an exam at this location first time.front desk was very nice but the clinic looks very depressing and outdated. Drs were nice too but for the price I am paying I expect to be walking into a state of the art facility. Too expensive will not be coming back

They mark up prices of food for animals and pills. You should not take advantage of people when u pay nothing for the pills are mark the prices uo for no reason u should be ashamed of yourself.

This place has amazing customer service, will definitely use this as my main vet for all pets I have going forward.

Just a wonderful bunch of people who really care about pets. They’re straight-forward, and willing to help, and you get the sense that they’re most concerned with your pet’s well-being first and foremost.

All the staff were always extremely friendly and helpful with our baby Jules every time we visited. We brought her in for her spaying surgery at 7 months old, she healed after 2-3 weeks and did not seem to be in any pain or discomfort the entire time while her E-collar was on! She loves getting all the attention and love from everyone whenever she comes in, thank you always for your help!

Israel is the Vet of our dog Ramon, we have peace of mind because he really really cares about our dog. Staff super nice and always helpful.

Vet did not return several of my phone calls and basically washed his hands of my dog when he started experiencing seizures.

Great place to neighborhood pet owners. Professional knowledge and services for Dr. Kavonic and Dr. Arteaga. If they are not sure they will find out the answer for you. If you want to move to other countries which has strict requirements for you pet, talk to Dr. Kavonic, she has broad experience for countries even like Australia and New Zealand. Surgical cost is more affordable than emergency hospital. Give them a call even if it is late for the day, they could still help your pet.

I felt very disappointed for the new management for this clinic.
My appointment was 3: 30.
I came in 10 minuets early as usual.
I have to wait until 4: 15 to meet the doctor.
The doctor spent 10,15 mins with us then left.
I have to wait another 30 minuets to talk to another assistant about the estimated bill may cost.
Then the assistant left again had me waiting.
Sorry I lost track how much time I waited again. I paid almost $400 to just get some anitibiotic and blood work done.
The receiption asked me to book a follow up appointment next week, seriously?
Finally I got to leave at 5pm. I knew doctor’s time is very valuable, mine too!
I received a phone call from the same doctor, she spent 10 minuets tried to convince me to bring my cat sometime to do a dental work that might cost me another $1000 again.
If I have only one cat, or you show me some respects. I would mind spending the money. But unfortunately I have 5 street cats and 2 owned cat depends on me.
I always see Dr. Jeff before. Now he is retired, I don’t see why I have to come back to the place that only cares money.

These guys are the best! If you really care about your 4 legged family member.you must bring them here!

Dr Artega is great. I have a Sphynx cat she needs special care for her diet and skin. He knew exactly what to do to help her
