Bridlewood Medical Walk-in Clinic

Visited this clinic thinking the doctors would help but big mistake!
Dr. Michael Teitelbaum seemed like he was in a complete daze!
Refused to give me refill on medication that was working for my infection and instead prescribed another medication which in my file stated, that I had to stop due to side effects.
Complete waste of time! Worst doctor ever!

The clinic responded to my emails, helping me to plan my treatment and their availability! Was able to book appointments - a real plus for a walk-in clinic.

Doctor Kia, who I saw a number of times, was fantastic! Reception staff were also very helpful.

Worst experience ever no Professional training at all especially dr Benjamin I came for my hand Had to wait for ever then when they finally seen me the dr was tryna tell me my hands find when you can clearly tell it was fracture then Finally I convinced him to get me the x-ray then I went and got the x-ray and they never gave me no follow up or nothing then I finally came back into See him and I asked him how come they never gave me a follow up you he couldn’t even give me a answer then To make it worse if somebody has a fracture shouldn’t they be referred to a orthopaedic surgeon instead he sends me to a plastic surgeon that has horrible reviews never even try to look up any orthopaedics surgeon this place is a 100% unprofessional And Either should be closed down or hire new staff these people hear don’t give two damns about people health just here to get money and leave no compassion for there patients what’s so ever

Nice clinic, was in and out within 30min at 5pm. Staff is professional and efficient. Place is clean and easily accessible.

I visited the walk in clinic today at 12 pm. My turn came at 1 50 pm so a waiting time of around 2 hours. Even after I was called inside there was a waiting of 10-15 minutes. So go on weekdays as it’s super busy on weekends

The good part was that receptionist offered me to complete my other tasks in the mall and agreed to give a call back when my turn was about to come.

You have to get here before 10AM or else you'll be sent back. Do not visit Dr Tahiri, she doesn't care. No follow ups done after scan. I had to call but no avail.

Always fully booked within the first half hour of opening. Called this place many times and receptionist tells me no appointments and I can walk-in but then when I get there it is always fully booked.

I've been going to both doctors since childhood. My entire family goes to them. They are amazing, very helpful, attentive and they genuinely care about your problems. I will continue to rely on them!

Amazing experience at this clinic, very well-organized and clean! The wait-time was super quick despite many people being there. When I went in to see the doctor, he actually listened and for the first-time I did not feel rushed (as I usually do with other doctors). He gave such helpful comments and advice regarding my acne issues. Receptionist was also super sweet, wonderful and very welcoming.she seemed extremely efficient! One of my best experiences at the doctors!

It is a very unprofessional clinic. My girlfriend had to call every day to do a follow up on her xrays and the diagnosis given to her was wrong and her health suffered.

Get there early to line up- this location gets extremely busy. Especially on the weekends. Other than that, the service is good and doctors are efficient. Would recommend

Receptionist and the doctors provided a great service. Went to get a reading and overall it was great & totally smooth service.

Don’t ever come here and get seen by Dr. Micheal teitelbaum. He is incompetent and misdiagnosed myself and my daughter. What a waste of time. Having been ill for over two weeks and having to convince him that i’m actually unwell and with a chest X-ray diagnosis that he prescribed he still refuse to prescribe appropriate medication. What a waste of time.everyone should BEWARE! Apart from this particular doctor the rest of the care I received here from others has been well. Especially Angel the reception who is by far the best medical receptionist i’ve encountered. It is unfortunate this doctor ruins it for the rest of the clinic.

This walk in clinic is amazing. The reception girl is super highly efficient. She keeps everything goes so smoothly and well-organized. And the doctor I am seeing today are kind and helpful. He listened and gave me some advice useful.
This is my second times visiting this clinic. And I think this is the most amazing and wonderful walk-in clinic in Toronto.
If every walk-in clinic can learn from their running procedures, it definitely makes Toronto healthy industry much much more efficiently and well-organized.

This is a gem of a walk-in!
It's as hectic and busy as everywhere else is nowadays, expect longggg waits and come before noon if you want to be seen. They cap the line for walk-in pretty early. Staff are very nice though (even if some patients are rude), and the doctors are mostly great. They let you leave and come back later closer to your time and always try to accommodate. There's an older female doctor on Mondays who was not up to times but wrote a referral anyways, so at least they listen. The rest are young and amazing.
Flu shots are always available though!

They close very early, I went to this clinic at 11 am on Thursday and was already closed.
Not to mention Saturdays.
What’s the point on being opened but not taking more patients after 11 am on a week day?

Called twice today and the receptionist just said hi and no more! I waited for over a minute but no more voice!

Is it right? Just asked a few question and charged me $100. I felt like they didn’t care anything about their patients. AI will be much better. I felt like I wasted my money. Seriously, I’m wondering if all the clinics in Canada are like this. It was my first time visiting walk in clinic ever since I came to Canada.

Coming from the States felt a lil sick and visited this clinic, it was so much better than my local clinic, I got checked up in couple of mins, great experience and the doctor was super friendly.

The staff and doctors are all very friendly and accommodating. My experience here has always been amazing! Highly reccomend!

Great experience with this clinic, was in and out in a reasonable time. The staff are helpful along with Dr. Atousa who is very knowledgeable. Clinic is clean giving it a welcoming and positive environment.

My preferred walk in clinic. All the doctor's and staff are excellent, and the wait times are not long. Dr Wong, Dr Hussain and Dr Taheri are all great.

Absolutely terrible doctor. Didn’t solve any of my concerns. When I told him I’m there because my family doc doesnt think I have a problem, he told me to make my family doc believe me. Complete waste of time. Cannot believe he’s getting paid from OHIP for this kind of advice.

First of all so clean and quiet. Very friendly and professional. I went there to get my stitches out from my finger. The dr. Was very gentle with the whole process.

Excessive wait time, staff not friendly, even if you book an appointment, they still make you wait, wouldn't recommend to go unless you're ready to waste your time.
