The lot is well paved and marked. There is no charge for the use of this lot which is centrally located and close to all of the shopping you'll likely need to do in Brighton. The lot is adjacent tot he large Sobey's grocery store, making handling of groceries convenient.

It's a free carpool parking lot with high visability to traffic. Recently McDonald's opened directly across the road.
