Its been almost half a year i bought Corolla SE 2022 from Brimell, its not bad though, totally reliable but i was looking and booked for something else. And the waiting time he said (Frei) at that time was 2 months for Corolla Cross, no longer than 2 months.

Then there was a cancelled deal for Corolla SE which i got it because at that time of snow i needed the car and j have to adjust, but Frei you guys go with this one (Corolla SE 2022), as soon as the Crolla Cross will come he'll give me a call and i can have the trade up with the Corolla SE 2022 according to the condition of my car at that time. He said it in very promising way and i fell for that trap, and its been 7 months haven't heard from him and his company regarding this.

If you are looking for some loyalty absolutely go for TOYOTA, but not the Brimell Toyota. Go for other Toyota showroom as this one's service is no good at all.

I was in the market for a good used family vehicle. I inquired on a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe XL that I saw through Brimell website. A salesman named Jose responded quite promptly. He took a video of the vehicle and sent to me. I made an appointment to test drive and everything went very smooth. Their no hassle pricing was very good. They were up front with a carfax which showed the history of the vehicle. I was very pleased with the customer service and the service manager even took the time to answer any of my questions so no doubt I ended up purchasing the vehicle.
I picked up the vehicle a couple of days later and received the best customer service from the delivery coordinator Jewel. She is quite a gem.she had all the paperwork well prepared and explained everything in detail. Once she put on the license plates for me, she took the time to explain the different functions of the vehicle and even assisted me with setting up my cell to the vehicle Bluetooth. Thank you so much for this 5 Star experience. I highly recommend and would purchase again from Brimell.

After being disappointed by a lot of used car dealers, I arranged a test drive with Jose B.of Brimell Toyota. My offer for the car and my trade-in was accepted, and the deal went smooth. Used car consumers should first check out the inventory of Brimell and Drive Autogroup dealerships, with their 15-day exchange policy, minimum 120-point inspection, lifetime engine warranty, and 365 day guarantee to replace any wearable component free of charge. My used car was given new tires, new brakes; lube, oil, and cabin and air filters; and detailed. Jewel was nice and friendly.

This is my second lease purchase from Brimell in last 4 years.
My recent purchase was smooth, I had my lease agreement signed in two hours including all possible to and fro.
My earlier lease nearly 4 years ago was little expensive but I managed to get a price match and deal finalized in my favour.
Staff is friendly and courteous and like every dealer they know how to conduct business (make profit). Hence you are required to do the appropriate homework to crack the deal.

Brimell Toyota’s team use of persuasion and word play to get customers, like us, to pay for services that do not follow up with Brimell Toyota’s statements to us. Beware Brimell Toyota’s sit downs when you are about to finalize a purchase.

Every 6 months, I went for my RAV4 service, I felt sad always. Too expensive (around $400.00) and too long waiting time (3 - 7hrs). This time for service, I arrived at 9: 05am, and picked up at 4: 00pm. I cannot do anything else on my service day.

Quite possibly the best car buying experience I have ever had. The staff were very customer centric and very easy to deal with. The transaction was seamless from start to finish. Jose, Adrian, Jewel and Brooks were top notch in terms of customer service, handling my trade and overall nothing was left to chance. I found a 2021 Camry SE online which appealed to me. I'd like to replace my 2007 Camry so I booked an appointment with Sales Rep Jose to go through the details. We did an unseen assessment for my old car & I was satisfied with the trade in price but not sure if the price would stand after they viewed the vehicle. I went back with my old Camry & the trade in manager took it for a test drive. He came back offering me an even higher trade in price.
Jose was extremely helpful & we struck the deal. Hari the Finance Manager was equally helpful & knowledgeable. I picked up my new Camry 2 days later. Jewel, the Delivery Coordinator explained every feature of the new vehicle & made sure I paired my phone before letting me go.
It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Brimell Toyota.
Last but not least, GM Jeff, though we've never met, maybe he greeted me when I was at the dealership but I wasn't introduced, followed up with an email after my every visit! That's respectful to customers!

As referred by one of my friends, it was my first ever experience at Brimell Toyota because I was always with Honda before. Mr. Tariq Javed - a great Associate indeed, helped me through the selection of perfect vehicle as per my requirement, did follow-up and took care of every step in the process till I got my first Sienna from there. Overall, it was a great experience at Brimell Toyota and especially dealing with Tariq - without him I couldn't find a better deal. Hope it goes all well in future as well. I'd definitely recommend it to others.

After we went to few Toyota dealerships eventually we bought the 2017 Toyota Prius Prime from Brimell Toyota. The sale person. Jose B, is very professional and friendly. He understanding customer needs and wants. Although we have very limited room for price negotiation and we found that was a fair deal. After sale service from Jewel K, Delivery Specialist, was the best. We never have that experience before. Thank you Jose and Jewel, keep up the good works!

June 10,2021- Showed up 15mins early for my 11: 30am appointment for my first Oil/Oil filter change, gave them my key and was told to wait in the waiting area. Boy, I was wrong that it will be done by 1hr. 1: 00pm arrive, my SUV was raised in a bay area where EVERYONE can see what the technician will do, So I said, great, I can ask a few question and watch him how he will do my car, BUT this tech#8852 was rude. I ask him politely if he can show me what kind of Oil filter he will use as I wanted to see but instead he told me to stay away, with hand gesture from the car, so I oblige. So, I back away without making a scene. So, I watched him what he did. I saw him change my Oil, not sure if he DID my Oil Filter and that's it! In between changing my oil, he keeps going to this room back and forth and driving other cars from outside to the bay area near my car. Why can't anybody drive those cars to the bay instead of him! Wasted my Time! To TOP it All off, Vejay gave me this 3 papers and on the last sheet it lists all of the things he did to my car? ! What a BS! HE DID NOT a) Lubricate my locks and hinges, b) remove and inspect Cabin Air filter.c) Remove my wheels and visually inspect brake pads, calipers, rotors, brake lines, hoses.d) Inspect all lights and horn for proper operation. REMEMBER, I WAS LITERALLY THERE! Watching him. NO wonder THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO WATCH THEM or GO NEAR them when they're doing your car! NO INTEGRITY! Atrocious at its finest. Regretted I took that ECP now.what a day of travesty to begin.oh wow, i can't post until give one miserable one star!? What a joke Brimell.

I booked an appointment for recall of my Toyota Corolla 2020 on March 30th 2021 and the service department called on March 29th said that parts are out of stock and cancelled the appointment. Again I got the text msg with the new appointment date on May 12th at 5;30 pm without my consultation and this date was inconvenient to me, later I called them and fixed a new date on May 14th 2021 at 11;45 am. This morning (May 13th) I got a text msg and I double confirmed my Tomorrow's arrival and I got the acknowledgment too. Now at 5;00pm I got a call and said that this part is not available again. WHAT IS GOING ON HERE. I AM SO UPSET, WHO IS PLAYING WITH MY PARTS. SERVICE DEPARTMENT SERVICE IS SO SO POOR. WHEN I CALL FOR COMPLAIN NO ONE RESPOND THE PHONE. I NEED JUSTICE. ARE YOU ALL GIVING GOOD SERVICE ONLY FOR SALES. **** why you all doing this. I said replaced my rear wiper blade at the back door. But what you did was You also replaced my front wiper blade without asking me. Because I just replaced my front wiper blade only month ago.

Dealt with Harry and Brendan, both were straight forward with the pricing (didn't have to cycle through many counter offers) and also explained the reasoning behind their sales approach (eg.daily quotas etc.) which we appreciated. We couldn't come to a deal for this particular vehicle purchase but because both Harry and Brendan followed up on our questions and were courteous (versus other dealerships), we will consider them for our next vehicle purchase. All in all a pleasant experience.

I went in to simply get an oil change, but was told that I should get my brakes serviced although my vehicle is a 2019 and I had already serviced my brakes the last time. I told the gentleman to not bother, but he claimed that they had already started. I went to look and saw that the tires were off but no work had been done just yet, so I proceeded to to look for the gentleman but to my surprise he was no where to be found and my ride was ready so I couldn't stick around. I felt as though I was taken advantage of because that's not what I came for but felt like that's what was pushed on me as an upsell.

Unfortunately, only one star, I bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla, I was told the car would be detailed inside and out, meaning the interior of car would be shampooed and detailed spotless. When they called to say the car is ready for pick up, nobody that I dealt with bothered to check vehicle, sales manager, sales person or the delivery specialist. The car interior was filthy, stains all over the seats, wasn’t vacuumed and nothing wiped clean. When I showed the condition of the car to all 3 people involved with the purchase and agreement made, not one person had a reason why the car was so dirty. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!

Sherman, our trusted product advisor, reached out to us at a time when we were considering purchasing a new vehicle to replace our 2010 Prius. He let us test drive the 2021 Corolla Hybrid we were thinking of, while he had our car assessed for trade-in, and things went quickly from there. He intoduced us to the sales manager, Brooks (Triple B), then Jenny, finance manager, who answered all our questions and more. Then Jewel, delivery specialist, met us and we had our 2021 Corolla Hybrid in 3 days from that first test drive.
Thanks for making this a great experience for us, from our initial contact with Sherman to Jeff, the general manager.our expectations were met and then some.
