I started going here back in 2005 and it was great. The prices were great. They didn't overcharge you.
I recently just went back for my dog's ear infection and all together it came to $480 I was like what? ! Not only that I noticed how it was so dirty. The windows were disgusting like they haven't been washed in years. It was just really dirty there at least clean your windows.for me it's not worth the drive anymore so I'll stick close to home. The only thing reasonable there is the examination fee but other than that it's not worth it in my opinion. I sent a lot of people from the beaches area over the years there, and they also said it's not the same as what it used to be years ago. I believe it's new owners there then when I first started going there.
But if you go there and you like it, I guess that's all that matters. I'm just giving you my opinion

One staff member lied to me and this was confirmed by another staff member. I’ve heard of horror stories from here and the Vet doesn’t seem to care for animas at all. If you need vet services and can’t afford it, do not go here. Wait for the Humane society, they are way safer and actually care about the welfare of your pet. All I can say is prices aren’t that bad compared to other vets.

My sister has been taking her dog Zus to this vet for years and she would never change this vet her son is very happy also with TLC they show to his dog!

Always welcoming for the most part only ever had one uncomfortable experience with a veterinarian.

Other then that the staff and other veterinarians are very kind and very informative. They truly love these animals who are all anxious, nervous and scared to be there.

I would be careful going there. Ive been going there the past two weeks and already seen some pretty bad quality about this location.

First day going there was alright, they were able to help my three year old cat and she is better now.

Second time going there, i brought in my 14 weeks old kitten ans I found a flea on the floor, when I warned them they tried blaming it on my own cat. I know in fact she didn’t have any fleas on her since she has been on preventatives.

Third day going there, I was picking up my prescriptions which they gave the wrong dosage since they didn’t weight my kitten and put a random higher weight on it. This could have caused some serious liver and kidney disease to my kitten. The only reason I caught this is because I asked questions and knew that they didn’t weigh my kitten.

I also find that they have a really hard time at answering phones in the afternoon, which is quite unprofessional.

If I didn’t study about this stuff and didn’t know about the things that I know, I would have been clueless and cause more injury to my kitten.

The only good thing is that the vets do know their stuff and will prescribe medication that will help your animals. You just need to be careful and ask as much question as possible.

Very affordable and reliable animal clinic with great staff, only fault is that they are a bit too popular so very busy and sometimes hard to get an appointment. Even busy as they are they were quick to get me an email of our dogs proof of vaccination when we needed it urgently. Excellent.

Been going here for years they saved my kittys life few years ago and ive been taking all my pets since. Great vets

We loved it the staff is friendly and truly cares about the animals. I love it they treat our puppy Bella.

GREAT STAFF DURING THAT DAY AUGUST 20,2021… VERY GOOD DOCTOR THAT SEEMED VERY OLD BUT HE IS BETTER THAN THE PREVIOUS YOUNGER DOCTORS THAT CHECKED MY DOG FOR EAR INFECTION WHO GAVE ME ALL SORTS OF ANTIBIOTICS AND EAR DROPS THAT NEVER WORK… THATS WHY AFTER 2 APPOINTMENT AND MY DOG NEVER HEALED. I NEVER WENT BACK FOR A FEW YEARS TILL ONLY LAST MONTH…. THE DOCTOR IS LIKE 85 YEARS OLD BUT INTELLIGENT ONE!

Excellent experience for my cat (Cloe) and myself. Efficient, caring and great medical care. Have been going there for 10 years and would not change veterinarians.

We have been going to this vet for the past 4 years with both our dog and our cats. The staff are super friendly and the prices are great.

Prices reflect service quality. Gets the job done but not the greatest bedside major and revolving set of vets providing care. Prices are the only thing that keep our family from coming back, but if you can swing higher costs, I'd go elsewhere.

I took my cat for surgery and after a few days we noticed that his neck bleeding and peeling due to the tightness of his cone. I hope that you can treat the pets with more care. This really breaks my heart.

This was my vet a long time ago and I recently returned to put my sweet boy, Rocky down. They were able to locate his file after almost 10 years. The people answering the phone were always polite, respectful and informative. You can tell they really care. Once I got there with Rocky I was greeted and taken care of by the lab tech, Danielle who is kind, caring and informative as well. We then met the Vet, Mary who was amazing and supportive through the experience. Her kind words were exactly what I needed to hear at that moment. The team at the Brimley-Lawrence animal clinic exceeded my expectation. I trust them completely and am so thankful to be moving back to the area because I now can't imagine taking my second cat to another clinic.

DO NOT take your pet there and save time and your sanity. 0 (ZERO) customer service, LOOONGGG wait time, NO internal communication amoung them nor kept records and NO accountability when they mess things up! It's getting worse and worse each year!

Trust me you are better somewhere else!

Excellent care, docs are thorough and caring. Staff is great and prices are reasonable. Empathetic and give you other ways of healing besides pharma, honest and attentive.

I took my cat here a couple of weeks ago. The exam fees are cheaper, but tests were expensive. The vet also kept pushing to sell me medications that my pet didn’t need. Wasn’t impressed. I hate to write bad reviews, especially in the times we are living in, but if this helps someone make an informed choice then so be it.

Im a new client here ive only been twice but both times i was in and out. Great price great service and friendly staff big thank you from me and my pup! We will be back!

Wait time is horrible even though I booked an appt, had me and my litter of puppies sitting in a car for 2 hours, and lost my appt at first.

Very unprofessional would not answer phone and kept me on hold then wouldn't give me a price.go elsewhere people. They were good once now getting to cocky because they are popular.

They make you wait for over an hour to just drop off your pet to have them neutered /fixed. I rented a car for only 2 hours and it will not be late to return it. They seem to be disorganized and took people ahead of me when I was here first thing when they opened. I guess you get what you pay for unfortunately.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went last year to get my dog his shots. We showed up 15 minutes before the appointment and had to wait half an hour before they saw us.there was broken glass all along the building an infront of the door. Staff was very rude.

I had to follow up this year to book an appointment for the shots again. I didn't want to go anywhere else because of coivid. Called to make an appointment and they told me that they won't see my dog. So I went to another vet closer to home and tried getting my records transferred and they refused to send the records to me or the new vet.

They are cheap, but you pay for what you get. Cheaper rates, horrible customer service. When it comes to my pets I'd rather spend more to get them proper care. Not worth it at all.

I had an appointment on Friday to get my cat spayed. I showed up and they told me someone had called me on Thursday and cancelled my appointment because the vet had an emergency. That was a lie. Then I show up on Monday to get her spayed and they're telling me she needs 2 more rounds of shots. So all together she would've had FOUR rounds of boosters. Absolute waste of my time. The vet also called me to try to tell me why 4 rounds of boosters were needed AFTER one of the receptionists hung up in my ear. BEWARE OF THIS VET IF YOU HAVE A KITTEN. They 100% try to rip people off. The thing is i brought my other 2 cats here NO PROBLEMS untilllll I brought in a kitten. Waste of my time. I would NOT recommend the FEMALE VET and her whole team of minions. Cheap vet but honestly it wasn't worth the time or money.

Avoid this place.
They make you wait forever, don't give enough information and the ladies in reception are so rude.
Never again.

This is the worst place to take your pets. Inexperienced vets that work here and have no idea how to handle your companions. In their own words "Take your business elsewhere as we don't have the time nor care".
We took our business to another scarborough local clinic and the difference was night and day. Please read the reviews before trusting your pets to this clinic there's a reason why this clinic has such low reviews. Wish we read more before taking our feline in

Honestly, a really terrible clinic. My kitten almost died because the clinic didnt correctly assess his situation. My kitten was severly dehydrated, and the vet offered him nothing. I had to take him to the emergency vet and pay additional money out of pocket to have someone do what the first vet should have done. DO NOT GO HERE!

Like many others have said, if you focus on finding the right vet for the procedure you need, you'll be happy here. Sadly, the staff at the front is rude and many would drive away if they don't have thick skin to get to the doctors and pick up their pets after that.

0 stars! Received the wrong dog ashes and only realized so after 5 months via our end. They claim it to be and I quote “an honest mistake” but I don’t think they’ve registered what an honest mistake really is; this is the life of my dog that we’re talking about. During this difficult time of sorrow and distress I entrusted the team but they failed me so now we’re left to grieve my sweet Luna all over again. They will take your money and leave you to the wayside. Lack of professionalism and care. So please beware!

After a few attempts at trying to get a hold of the supervisor ONLY then were we contacted after this review had been posted. We were offered less than half of the expense back at the cost of removing the review. No sincerity for the damage they have caused.

Very busy. There on Sunday and called in to report we were there. Left us over a half hour while other cars came in and kept dropping off pets (and getting them back!). Had to go beat on the door to remind them of our appointment which was now 20 minutes late. An hour later to pick up.
Good thing their prices are really good!

ONE STAR IS WAY TOO MANY for this clinic! It took me a year to gather myself together after the loss of our beloved pup who had died from punctured wound and bleeding to death while the vet in this clinic gave him antibiotics and send him home with a stomach flu diagnosis. She was told at the examination that chicken bone that our dog had the night before was our concern, yet her diagnosis hasnt changed and we lost him by next morning! How unprofessional this vet service was is beyond any words! She should NEVER be practicing veterenary services and should be sued for neglegence in my opinion! Hope people are careful where they are taking their furry babies and question any vet. We cant bring our dog back and this hurts us every day, but we surely can warn people about potential hazzards at this clinic!
