Moved to Windsor recently and have been growing my collections. This spot is FANTASTIC! The staff are polite and knowledgeable and, more than anything, their inventory is extensive. I went around to other shops around town and they didnt have the selection nor the inviting atmosphere Brimstone Games does.

Fantastic place for board game and trading card enthusiasts. I go mainly for magic the gathering cards and the staff is extremely knolagable and more then willing to help on every occasion.

Looking for new and sealed Pokémon TCG products? Look elsewhere! While this may be a good place to purchase board games according to some reviews, the supposedly sealed pokémon cards are some of the sketchiest things I’ve ever purchased and I am no stranger to the local card shop scene. I purchased the Crobat Shining Fates box and I didn’t notice until I got home that the box was previously opened on the side. I sort of thought nothing of it at first… that is until I got to the boosters packs. If you are going to reseal packs and try to sell it again at least do a better job than this because wow, I’ve never felt so obviously scammed in my life. I would normally try to go to a shop to rectify an issue like this but I just feel like if I’m going to get played this hard on my first purchase here it’s not worth the hassle of dealing with any of this. The booster cards are not in the standard order and have very evidently been repacked. The photo says it all, does this look like a new pack to you?

Wonderful store, haven't bought dnd stuff since 3rd edition but they helped me get started again. Now I just gotta find a table.

Started playing Magic and buying games here again after the Ontario shutdowns and loved it. Staff are professional and likeable and the space is clean. It's easy to find what I'm looking for.
Prices on some items can be steep, though that goes without saying for any games or gaming supplies. I will be purchasing from here again.

First time there, great customer service with knowledgeable staff. Great collection of collectibles. Bought some hockey cards, pokemon cards, and some card accessories. Reasonably priced. If you haven't checked them out, go take a look. Recommended

Was very excited to find this local place where my kids can get Pokémon cards to their heart’s content. Today there was a new celebrations release, and I was so happy to see they had them in stock! After my purchases I learned that toys R Us had them, also in stock, exactly the same for literally less than half the price. The Pokémon training box I purchase for $130 plus tax was $60 plus tax at toys R us. I understand that a big box store may be able to be more competitive on pricing … but the difference is astronomical and not justifiable. Very disappointed with the unjustifiable pricing.

A large spacious store, full of activities! Covers all different types of games, board games, magic, dnd, dice, mini's at a reasonable price.

The women in there has no idea what she’s talking about. She glanced at my 400 cards for a solid minute and claimed I only had 5 real cards. I felt she was very unprofessional. I have another more reputable source to say other wise, retraining is very needed!

Brimstone is, simply put, the best gaming store in the area. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Their inventory is extensive, across many gaming genres. Want board games? They have tons. Warhammer/40K? Great selection. D&D? They have it, including tons of minis. Dice? Did I say DICE? !? They have DICE with a capital D. Can't say enough good things about this store. Especially the great support they give to the gaming community with in-store gaming; obviously not during the pandemic. Looking forward to getting back to this store!

Absolutely love brimstone! They've got great selections of TCG's, a wonderful variety of Dungeons & Dragons campaign books / Dice, and even board games! I personally have bought multiple sets of D&D dice from them, along with a few TCG sets. Prices are also great compared to some other places I've been to. I highly recommend paying Brimstone Games a visit! Especially anyone into TCG's / Dungeons & Dragons!

One of the better boardgame store in Windsor (we only have a few). However, it doesn't have the biggest selection but at least it has most of the popular titles.

I ordered a birthday gift and paid $20 for shipping, which was totally fine as I am unable to get there to pick it up. I only became frustrated when four days after I placed the order (and paid for shipping) I received an email asking if I wanted them to ship the items. Why would I have selected and paid for shipping.if I didn’t want it shipped? The items will not arrive on time, despite the fact that I ordered far enough in advance and chose the fastest shipping option. I want to support local small business’ especially now, but this was incredibly annoying.

I am a regular customer at Brimestone and they're the best store for any of your gaming needs in all of Windsor. They are not only knowledgeable about all of there products they carry and of what coming soon but they are also very likeable and make you feel like a friend everytime you enter. They are the one stop shop for all gaming needs and I give my word that if they cannot help you themselves they will tell you who can.

Fast delivery, but shopping online with stores located in Ontario i found wayy better prices and with free delivery, you're already more expensive, dont charge for shipping, you find yourself with prices over 60$ more

I ordered 6 item store didnt want to fulfill the order at 19.99 an item raised the price on the item after refunding me to 39.99 i took screenshot know this is the kind of buisness youll be buying from. Very wrong practices

Easily the most expensive prices anywhere in Canada on TCG. Even more expensive than the kids buying from Walmart and reselling. What a joke.

Brimstone Games had a game in stock that I was having such a hard time finding everywhere in my area (and online through the major retailers). The item shipped promptly and everything arrived in perfect condition. The tracking information through Canada Post was also wonderful, so I knew exactly when it arrived. Thank you for making online shopping so easy.

Very clean and well organized. Their staff was friendly without being pushy. They sell various cards, miniatures and board games. I was looking at the board games and they have a sizable amount with good prices. They have events everyday so check back regularly. Highly recommend!

Came here around 5 years ago when they were still on Walker rd. The staff are beyond nice and highly skilled. They had shown me the basics of Yu-Gi-Oh and deck construction. Highly recommend this place. Hopefully, I can pay a visit sometime soon when I have the time:)

One of my top 3 favorite stores in Windsor. They have what I need (most of the time) and are more than willing to take the time to either find or order for you. I do wish they would hire an MtG-savvy individual (the ones they have hired look to be heavily pokemon and yugioh savvy). I sometimes feel weird bringing up MtG topics, only to be told they don't play MtG and don't really know what I am referring to. Feels a bit lonely. Nonetheless, it doesn't stop my 5-star rating for this place!

The gentleman running this store was very knowledgeable about hockey cards and I enjoyed chatting with him. They are an authorized Upper Deck dealer and offer better pricing than their other local competitors. He's a collector himself and knows a lot about the hobby.

I found lots of Warhammer models and paint. They have Pokemon, Yugioh, and other collectible cards. For sports they appear to focus more on hockey than other sports. They also have quite the collection of board games for sale.

They run a free Pokemon league on Sundays too. If you're interested in any of this stuff, you should check this store out. It's worth a visit.

It was a very open and non judgemental atmosphere. Everyone seemed incredibly knowlegable, and they have a vast variety of games and cards. If you are a Magic the Gathering fan I highly recommend! They have many cards, card protectors, the proper boxes, and several other accessories!

The staff here is friendly - but sometimes they are pre occupied with the people paying boardgames there (which I get, that's an important part of the business) and you can't get a whole lot of help if your just in there to buy a boardgame, this just means you should probably have an idea of what you want before you go.

They consistently beat amazon pricing on basically every thing in the store, how awesome is that? ! This alone is worth 5 stars in my opinion.

Nice place, great customer service and a friendly staff. I do most of my miniature shopping for D&D here and they have a good range of monsters and terrain. They also have a full wall dedicated to Warhammer 40k that my friends seem to love.
