Bought the kangol hat today, nice store with great selection with welcoming service.however one thing really bother me and makes me NOT happy is the sales person cut out the product tag while we processing tap payment.he didn’t even ask me ahead for permission if I agrees.umm… it makes me feel bit suspicious.question about authenticity for the hat.for what reason he cut …

A search for a specific type of hat for my fiancée for our wedding brought us to Brimz. He found exactly what he was looking for plus another hat and we had the pleasure of meeting the owner Dameion who was absolutely amazing! Customer service at its finest!

Wonderful experience stepping into this calm beautiful oasis in Kensington with the most kind hearted shopkeepers that helped us with a very specific ask (Cotton or linen paperboy cap). Lots of types of hats, including unique finds, of great quality and range of prices. A Kensington / Toronto gem.

I stopped by since I was in the neighborhood and I'm not sure if he was the owner or staff member (forgot to ask for his name) but he was incredibly helpful in finding the right style and fit for me while also not being too pushy on making a sale.

A tip for shoppers if you are looking for the right hat you have to visit in person as the online store is great but noticed that there were more styles in-store and you would be missing out on the customer service

Definitely will be shopping here again!

Favorite hat store in Toronto. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a large variety of hats available, lots of customization options. If you need help figuring out what you want the staff there is very helpful. The space is nice and open tucked right in Kensington Market. I recommend checking out Brimz Hat Boutique.

Ran into this shop while visiting the city and immediately fell in love. They have super cool, Toronto- and Raptors-themed caps - what I loved most was how good they fit for girls, too! The staff is super kind and helpful. Unfortunately I didn't make it back with my boyfriend to get him one, but they have a nice online store where you can even design your own - I'll give it a try and will update.

I've shopped here a couple times. Great collection of well designed hats and caps. New styles are regularly added. Great staff always willing to help you find your style.

My favorite store in downtown Toronto. I make it a point to stop by and say hi to the great guys running this place when I am in the city. Great selection of hats and always friendly staff to greet you.

Bald men wear hats and this is one of my favorite hatshops in Toronto. Well-known for their baseball caps, be sure to check out the rest of their selection. With Rotman's gone forever, Goorin Bros.can seem like your only choice and it is too hipster and too expensive for this man tastes. Brimz offers a stylish alternative with out the scary price tags. Be sure to check them out regularly. The stock turns over quickly enough that you can easily miss the hat you were looking for in you size.

A great place to shop for different kinds of hats in Toronto. They make a lot of their designs in-house (hired graphics designer) and the owner is friendly and welcoming. Would definitely visit again

My brother and I came in on very high reccomendations from friends. The service and vibe in the shop was phenomenal. Not to mention, the hats were dope as hell too.
