After contacting several companies, I was very pleased with the service that I got from Bristol and specifically with the booking agent, Keegan. He was able to negotiate a fair deal for what was not a typical 26' truck rental.

Friendly & helpful staff. Great place to rent a car, SUV, pickup truck, minivan. I saw some cargo vans & large 11seater vans in their lot along with cube trucks & straight trucks.

Chose this location because it was close to the GO Train station. The vehicle and staff were perfect.

I was involved in an accident where someone hit me from behind. I called Keegan at Bristol to see what vehicles he had available and he gave me any option I wanted. He made the rental experience very easy for me, even picked me up from the collision center where I dropped my damaged vehicle. His customer service was above and beyond and you can see that he truly cares about the customer. I had said that I wanted a small car but when I saw the pick up truck on the lot I knew that was the one for me. Keegan had no issues and made sure I was happy with my rental. They take pictures before and after the rental all around the car to ensure safety for both parties so there can be no blame of damages. Thanks again Keegan for the awesome pick up truck rental, I will be back whenever I need another rental vehicle!
