Been renting from them for a while now and I've gotten great service from them everytime. David the manager is one of the greatest employee there always down to help out and make sure you get a rental in tough times! Highly recommended!

I had an unexpected rental need as per current vehicle damage. David, the branch manager, was awesome. He promptly got us into a vehicle, was professional and the rate was very good. Rented an SUV for 4days to USA (Brampton-Connecticut, New York) mini vacation.
The dodge durango rented has lots of power and in excellent shape. Nobody leaves me behind with the kind of power and condition the SUV has + very good on gas. Thanks to Bristol Car rental at 22 Kennedy Rd for a very well maintained car and excellent customer service.

What a great experience! After our insurance company told us to go to enterprise only to find out they had no cars. Bristol came to the rescue. Got us a great vehicle, helped us navigate with insurance. All the employee's were stellar. Dave the branch manager was exceptional. I'm a convert. Will always go back to them. This is where you are not a number but an actual customer!

An amazing rental and costumer service experience you RARELY see anymore! I was in an accident January 20th and since then until now I have been using a rental from this Bristol and despite the stress and anxiety of not having your own car for more than half of the year. Christian Medeiros and Bristol made my experience extremely comforting and as helpful as I could have wished for! Very friendly, always available for questions either on weekends or late evenings extremely helpful and going above and beyond to do me favours organizing pick ups, drop-off’s, the cars oil changes, maintenances, checking in to see if my wife and I were doing alright after our accident. AND HUGE BONUS reminding me to fill tank to avoid large fees haha and very fast to get me checked in and out on return day (over 8 months I had this rental). I can’t stress how much I appreciate costumer service like this it’s rarely seen nowadays!

I had to rent a car at a very short notice for extended period. This location of Budget car rental was a savior for me. I not only got the car at a short notice but also in my budget. Impressed with customer centric experience I had with Bristol! The entire team at this location is always engaged and attentive to the customers which makes the car pick-up quick. The cars I rented were in good conditions, always clean with full gas. Once I had to contact them as the car I was renting notified me for a oil change, I spoke to David about the concern and he just replaced the car for me on same day. David and team you guys are best.

I want to say a big thank you to David and his team especially David who worked with me while i was having a difficult time with my insurance not wanting to pay the full cost of my rental, David was very understanding and helped in many ways to make my experience with bristol a pleasurable one. Excellent service, they really helped me in a pinch, needed two cars the next day and they were available, clean, tank full of gas and super reliable when driving. Sheik and his associates did a great job with talking with us over the phone and helping us with our rental. The prices are good especially compared to some Turo operators and the peace of mind from renting from an established rental company is worth it!
