Victor and Jessica were absolutely fabulous to work with and were so helpful! I will only be renting from Bristol now. The service was so much nicer then other places.

I just wanted to thank the individual that told me your store closed at noon on Christmas eve and I didn't need to make a reservation because there was lots of cars available. I showed up minutes after 11am to rent a vehicle and your store was closed. I will never consider your company again when looking for a rental.

Fantastic staff - friendly and was very helpful! Expensive but only because it was last few days of the month and long weekend. I highly recommend! Thank you all at Bristol!

I recommend to all please don’t go, they are fraud.
I took cargo van on rent, at the spot they told me they will charge $194 with all expenses, but they cut $247.
When I did inquire, they told me they didn’t mention.

Worst place I have ever been to, call to reserve a large suv and when I get there they don't have one. They give me a pick up truck and tell me it ready, they give it to me is disgusting. After waiting for over an hour I leave only to get home and realize there is low tire pressure. They don't have any accountability or care, and they tell you that you should be thank full that you even have a car. Is this how low service has gone? I will never go back to Bristol Car rental ever again in my life.

Had a great experience here, Victor took care of me and gave me a very fair rate and deal on a rental while my car was in the shop. Especially for being under 25.

The car I rented was clean and in very good condition, it also included some amenities.
