We dealt with Mike. He was charming and helpful. He answered each of our questions with patience and kindness. He was a nice guy. We shopped around with other companies to find the best product. As it turned out Bristol had the best price and service. Mike gave us a quote and gave us a print out. We were unable to get an immediate quote from the other companies. So we gave him our business and we were happy to do it. Mike is knowledgeable, efficient and competent. We’d be happy to recommend him and Bristol to anyone.

Amazing experience renting a vehicle last minute. Staff were awesome, kind and caring. Excellent rate (I was originally let down by Enterprise who I had booked a car with; but they didn’t have a car for me!) Bristol were accommodating and no hassle pick up and drop off. Vehicle was clean and well maintained, smelled good and even had a snow brush on board. Pricing was excellent. Would 100% recommend this car rental team and can’t thank them enough. Recently I shifted to my new apartment and moving all the furniture was a big hassle. I searched for various truck rental companies but Bristol provided the best rates. I was very confused and unaware about the terms and conditions for renting a truck because this was my first time but supervisor Dharm Dave helped me through it. He explained all the charges, insurance policy and useful tips while driving a truck. Best part is during the journey I called him several times to resolve my doubts and he answered all of them without being angry or rude. Rented the car for a long Blue Mountain trip. Loved the car they provided. It had all the features I'd need to feel safe to drive on a wet, winter drive. Instructions were clear and drop off was smooth. I dropped the key in after office hours and there wasn't any surprising costs after. The car was well maintained and drove extremely smooth. Oh! Also checkout was painless!
