My family and I are clients at Bristol Dental clinic for over 5-6 years now. Dr. Anne Thomas, Thomas himself, The staff, Doctors, hygienists are friendly and knowledgeable, and very Good!

My family use this clinic for more than 9 years and always their assessment and treatment correctly fix the problem.

I had an experience at Bristol Dental that will remain a cherished memory throughout my life. Dr. Annie Thomas has been our family dentist for some 10+ years.

Throughout my treatments, be it a routine cleaning or a complex procedure, one aspect that really impressed me was the state-of-the-art equipment and technology used throughout the practice. The clinic itself is immaculate. They follow strict hygiene protocols, which is especially reassuring in today's world. It is evident that Dr. Annie and her team invests in the latest advancements in dentistry to provide the best patient care. They are not only highly skilled professionals but also incredibly compassionate and attentive.

Moreover, the hygienist are gentle and thorough & the reception staff is extremely courteous and efficient.

What truly sets this dental practise apart is professionalism, warmth, and dedication to patient care.
Their commitment to providing outstanding dental care is evident in every aspect of their practice.

They’re good. I mean they’re good at manipulation.
They made me talk to 3-4 “specialists” and cleaned my teeth. And took a number of X-rays. Charged my insurance $1000 CAD. Yes $1000 CAD within a week. What did I get?
Clean teeth.for $1000 bucks.

Not worth it.

Totally a rip off.

My family and I have been patients at Bristol Dental Clinic for over 15 years and have had excellent experiences so far. I still remember my first visit to this clinic, was for an emergency situation for which Dr. Thomas had gone above and beyond to accommodate my need. From my elderly mom to my young child, the clinic continues to offer the best services for our family such as oral hygiene services, orthodontics, family dentistry, and oral surgery. We have always been treated like a family.

The facility is very clean and in fact, this is one of the places we could visit confidently during the pandemic. I like the convenience of text appointment reminders. Mr. Thomas always ensures that clients are well looked after.

I recently used Bristol Dental and unfortunately had a very negative experience. Not only did they overcharge me, but they also did not acknowledge me as a customer. The staff were cold and unfriendly, and I felt like I was just another number to them. I was disappointed by the lack of transparency and communication regarding the charges, and when I tried to address the issue with the staff, they were dismissive and unhelpful. This left me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a customer. Overall, I would not recommend Bristol Dental to anyone seeking quality dental care with exceptional customer service. My experience was extremely disappointing and I will be looking elsewhere for my dental needs in the future.

Have been coming to this Dental office for years. The service and their professionalism, is the best!

Everyone from reception to the hygienists and dentists are really amazing! They are honest, caring and warm people. I always come away from my visits with Dr. Laura well informed on top of everything else! It's the first dental clinic in my 37 years I feel comfortable going to.

If your time is valuable, dont go there. They will only book you for 30 minutes and then dont even operate on you. They will book you after a week and keep calling you back. Also, they will charge you every time even if they dont do anything. Doctor seems to be in a hurry and did not wanted to answer questions.

Absolutely amazing experience. Everyone is so kind and professional. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Annie and Dr. James for taking care of me and ensuring a quick and painless tooth extraction. The whole staff will always be in my prayers.

I would like to share how wonderful Dr. Thomas is, he is very approachable, professional and helpful. He will go out of his way to help. If you need a dentist, I definitely recommend Bristol dental clinic.

Dental work is always great here but frustrated that even though we have insurance to cover 90% they always charge out of pocket way over 10% saying the prices have gone up every year. Such a money grab.

Edit: for transparency, they charged $190 to my insurance and over $30 to me out of pocket. Insurance was claimed under “dental filling” when the service done was gluing back a part of my permanent retainer wire that took 10 mins.

I went in for an emergency tooth extraction and Dr. James, Dr Laura, their nurses, and Dr. Thomas, each and every one are so wonderful and helpful, I think it's one of the best services provided.

Best dental office I’ve been to - Dr. Laura was my main dentist but all the staff are top notch. Friendly, efficient and they took great care of me during my visits. Would strongly recommend.

I've gone to Bristol Dental Clinic my entire life. That includes 4 teeth pulled, 5 chipped teeth fixed, a wisdom teeth operation, a root canal, InvisAlign.the list goes on. Through it all, I have never had one complaint. They treat you like family and make sure you walk out of their clinic happy. Service here is always quick and easy.

It's been maybe more than 7 years that we have been with Bristol Dental and have no issues or concerns till date. Very professional and they have always catered to our needs. Be it with last minute changes or anything urgent, Bristol Dental had it covered. My kids have no issues with their visits as well.

By far this the best dentist I have ever been to. They were polite, personable and kind to me. As a child I had a horrible experience at the dentist and this dentist was so amazing she even came on her day off because knew I was traumatized. She sat through the process with me until I got my wisdom tooth extraction. I highly recommend this location for they go above and beyond in their service.
