The management and staff are great in rendering the best possible services to their tenants. I would like to extend my special thanks to Joe and Chanel for their untiring efforts in going all over the way to assist me!:)

The staff at CVL group Britannia Parkside have made me feel welcome and have meet all my concerns and needs extremely fast.

The team leader Joe and his staff work very hard to keep the units in top shape and the grounds are very clean as well as the laundry and common areas.

Chenal the young lady who showed me my unit, followed up with me to make sure I was happy with my new home.

I've been very happy here at the beachfront location. Joe is a fantastic custodian. Any time I've had a maintenance request, he's been in touch within an hour or two, and the problem is taken care of as quickly as possible. I feel lucky to have him around. Thanks, Joe!

I recently moved into Britannia Parkside and I’m loving it so far! The location is great, right next to Britannia Park. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Chanel who went above and beyond what would normally be expected from a leasing agent. She was always available to answer my questions and made the leasing process a breeze. The location is great with many local shops nearby, and the apartment is spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I am living here since February 2023 living here and have a nice experiences with the Manager Mr. Joe Alaouie so far as he is always available and very professional in his job.

My family and I have been living in Britannia Parkside for four months now, and our experience here couldn't be any more positive, and I believe having Joe Alaouie S our building manager has a lot to do with that. He's very responsive to our queries and goes the extra mile to ensure any problem in the apartment is solved in a timely manner. Besides being professional, he's also very friendly so I'd like to thank him and his team for making our experience here more enjoyable than it already is.

My experience with CLV group has been positive since day one all thanks to Maurine who has been so kind and helpful since the first time we set foot in the building. It's thanks to her that we're currently enjoying our peaceful, most beautiful apartment hassle free.

Joe has made living here so easy, anytime there is a problem he has the solution. Today he helped me get heat back in my apartment and a couple months ago he fixed my oven so I wouldn't have to wait for one on backorder! Every company needs a Joe!

We live in Britannia Park-side apartment. The 2 bedroom apartment is cosy and good for two people however the lobby has an awful smell sometimes but the management was quick to respond to our complaints. Joe, the operation manager tried to make us comfortable.one time we had encountered a cockroach in the kitchen but Joe immediately arranged an inspection and made sure that we don't have further issues. Both Joe and Sang are nice, friendly and responsible people. They always try to respond to our complaints as soon as possible. The neighbourhood is nice.we are blessed to have a beach nearby.it saved our summer during Covid19.

Joe the operation manager is amazing. He always helps out when in need. From little things to the bigger jobs always gets them done in a timely manner.

My grandma lives at these apartments I was once over for a weekend. Joe the operations manager came by to check if my grandma needed anything. I was surprised and asked my grandma about Joe and she said he always comes by and asks if she’s ok or needs anything!

We lived at the CLV Britannia Park Apartment on Zephyr Ave for three years. We were two people and a large breed dog in a two bedroom unit. We never had major issues with the building - anything that did come up, maintenance crew Joe and Sang were quick to respond. They were two very kind people, happy to explain any repairs.
We had no issues with usual apartment dwellers (i.e. Bed bugs, cockroaches, rats). One summer, we did experience large amounts of wasps and flies but maintenance was quick to respond.
The major downfall was that the walls were made of concrete, so it was difficult to make phone calls without consistent dropping or having to lean out the window to ensure connectivity.
The neighbourhood itself is a bit iffy. In the summertime, there are people frequenting the beach and partying can go on quite late and is noisy. There seemed to be quite a lot of emergency vehicles in the area. Sometimes, you may be accosted by people who appear to have mental health issues (had a few experiences myself). However, there is a lovely dog park and ice cream/coffee shop close by!

Joe, the operations manager has an AMAZING personality. He cares about his tenants from his heart. Main reason I like about him, he is always one call away. CLV very lucky to to have him and his little partner Sang. Thank you again Joe. Keep up your good work and we are extremely happy with your fast and prompt service! Joe, the operations manager is a great guy. Thoughtful, respectful and very helpful. He always makes himself available to all his tenants, day and night. CLV is lucky to have him along with his colleague Sang. Whether it's a small or a large issue, Joe and Sang are always there for you. Thank you, guys! You're awesome.

I wrote my review on Britannia Beach Apartments & Homes when CLV Group Inc.took over from the former owners. That was in 2015 (Pl.see below). From the very outset, I was very happy with the services provided to us by CLV Group Inc. Administration team who performed their duties very professionally.

After 4 years, I do still give 5 stars! The Administration team under Joe Alaouie, who is the Property Operations Manager, work very hard and committed to keeping our Apartments clean and nice! Joe Alaouie is a very knowledgeable Professional. He is competent, courteous, helpful and prompt in executing any repairs that needs immediate attention.

CLV Group Inc.has done a remarkable work in improvising the image of Apartment Buildings here, though some of the work are still in progress. All in all, I must say that we have peace, security and cleanliness to call it as our home!

I am now a retired senior, have been in Britannia Apartments for 32 years. It is a great place surrounded by Britannia park, Ottawa river, the beach. There is a centre called Ron-Kolbus-Lakeside Centre managed by City of Ottawa, which is a popular venue for wedding receptions, reunions, fundraises etc, picnic area with tables and benches, and many more attractions. Britannia area is situated in a central spot to go north, east, or south. OC Transport service is excellent here.

Last year the Britannia Apartment complex changed hands where CLV Group Property Management bought it from the former owners. Lets face it, change is hard. Good change is good - Bad change is bad! In fact, I was concerned about the upcoming changes, if any, the new Property Management might want to introduce to us tenants.

My experience with CLV group has been very positive from the very outset since they took over the ownership. I saw that they are very professional, understanding, sincere and social conscience. The staff members are very friendly, courteous and helpful. I had been dealing with Olivia Wanjon, Construction Administrator, who always demonstrated in complete competence with every interaction I have had with her. She is very knowledgeable and very professional.

The apartment is clean and though it is old, it is in good condition and CLV is improvising it’s image and the work is in progress.

I will recommend young and old to rent out these fully renovated apartments. Yes CLV Group, one of your heading in the website said, “NOW YOU ARE HOME”. You are absolutely right! Your apartments here gives a sense of security, peace and cleanliness and it is our ‘home’ - Thank you!

I love my apartment building. Nice and quiet and clean.

Very professional service, responses were a bit slow but that is likely due to the high volume of people looking for housing.
The building is kept very clean and all staff is very personable and professional. Maintenance requests are dealt with promptly and completed as per request. Really beautiful part of town.

After a long search, at last we have our home in Britannia Beach apartments. The neighborhood, the view, the apartments are the main reasons for us to move in. But after moving in, we also see that Clv group staff is always with us in any problems, wishes.it's very important to be sure of your landlord is caring and helping the tenants.
And CLV is just like that.

Review about 2750A Marie street apartment 10 (2 bedroom unit - after living 1 year) :

Cons:
- master bedroom next to the main entrance (huge noise in the morning and evening)
- master bedroom next to the gym (so you can hear when someone is using treadmill and a lot of people are using during late evenings!)
- master bedroom next to the stairwell (noise when people are using stairs/doors)
- only one big wardrobe in the unit located in master bedroom which makes strange loud crackle sound few times per day
- huge amount of big and small ants all over the unit
- half year ago they have changed boiler which is located next to the main entrance (which means next to the master bedroom) so during warm weather when windows are open you can hear LOUD noise coming from boiler all day and night!
- you can't regulate heating system during winter (only open the windows if it's too hot? !)
- building don't have CCTV (after just living 2 weeks in the unit I witnessed when big dog attacked elderly person!)
- smoking is allowed so u can smell in corridor smoke and if you open your windows also smoke is coming to your unit as people are smoking on the balconies
- it's pet friendly building and a lot of people have big dogs (at least 2 big aggressive dogs in the building)
- to use washing machine you need to use coins
- expensive rent as unit is after cheap "renovation"
- little kitchen don't have ventilation system so when you are frying or using oven - fire alarm system is on all the time!
- if your neighbor is cooking curry you can feel curry all over your unit too
- low, popcorn style ceiling with cracks
- building don't have elevator
- not family friendly surroundings of the building as no even one bench to seat down or playground for kids
- new people moving to this building all the time
- new neighbors moved in recently upstairs with few toddlers (so don't need to mention about noise level during day and evening)

Pros:
- convenient location next to the supermarkets
- maintenance team very helpful (totally opposite about people sitting at the rent office at Zephyr st)
- small gym in the building
- during winter snow is cleaned regularly

P. S.when I was moving to this building I couldn't find any reviews online and now I know why (mostly elderly people lives in this building and once they die unit is quickly renovated in cheap way to be able charge higher rent).
