Dr. Boktor and his staff are outstanding. Very friendly and professional. Dr. Boktor always makes sure to speak with pet owners after each visit to ensure they are aware of how their pet is doing and what they can do to guarantee the best possible health for their fury companions. While some vets like to look for “problems” to increase their profits, it is very clear that Dr. Boktor is not one of these individuals. Rather, he sincerely cares for the well-being of every animal. This is the best place you can take your pet.

My fur babies Max and Storm love Dr Boktor! He is such an incredible vet, his love for animals radiates through his energy…I am so happy we found such an amazing vet for our fur babies! Dr. Boktor is very thorough and patient. Answering all your questions in a very clear, concise manner, giving genuine advice. I recently visited Brittany Glen Animal Hospital for a check-up of my Husky, and I would like to share my positive experience with you. The veterinarian at this clinic deserves all the appreciation and praise.

I was impressed by the doctor's clear and detailed communication during the examination. They provided me with comprehensive information about my Husky's condition and the recommended treatment. Their deep knowledge in veterinary medicine allowed them to simplify complex medical terms in a way that was easily understandable for the client.

Moreover, I received a warm welcome from the receptionist at the front desk. They were friendly and helpful, providing me with necessary information about appointment scheduling and required procedures. It was nice to experience a warm greeting and no delays in my appointments.

I also noticed that the staff at the clinic paid great attention to appointment timings. The appointments were strictly followed, and there was no delay in my Husky's scheduled time. I can not put in words how amazing the doctor and his team is. Extremely calm and patient. I have an anxious large sized dog who hates Vet visits but they did everything to help him settle in and feel comfortable. The doctor take the time to answer all your questions and staff is super friendly. It was my first visit today so I was already nervous but as soon I entered it felt calm and positive. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. So glad I found this place. Highly recommend!

Took my kitten here for his first vet visit and Dr. Boktor and his staff are great! Very informative and he made sure to answer all my questions.

I am not sure why Dr Boktor has got so many good reviews. My pet baby passed away and they are aware of that. But I haven't received a courtesy call of sympathy from them yet. Or shouldn't I expect that from a Vet?

My cockapoo got neutered, which went well, and he has healed perfectly; however, this animal hospital is unaccommodating towards reactive dogs. We called ahead to inform the staff of our rescue Romeo’s reactivity so we could bring him into the building when there were no other dogs to avoid Romeo being set off, and as we were signing the papers, another dog, which they scheduled at the same time, walked in. If we knew that other dogs would be walking in and out as we picked him up and dropped him off, we would have gone to a different clinic. If you have a reactive dog, go to Downsview Veterinary Hospital, and the staff will accommodate your dog's needs there.

If I could give this place 0 star I would. I took my puppy last month in because he was skinny, his stool tests had no issue after the first visit, but no one gave a call to tell me the next step after I asked the receptionist a few calls, my puppy finally went for follow up blood test a week later, they said my puppy keeps moving and they couldn't collected blood, gave him something like an anesthetic, but they refused me in the exam room, my puppy is a toy poodle (3.4lb only), I was charged the visit fee again. The next day the vet called and gonna to prescribe Iron because of low HGB, I didn’t know what’s this, asked him to email me with short words then I can search info on line, he refused to write down any short explanation even the disease name and could only email me the blood test results. When I asked the second visit fee charged he said it two issues. What kinds of two issues? And his attitude became rude. Even though they refunded the 2nd visit fee, I lost trust in this vet clinic, so I transferred another clinic, and the 2nd vet said he is picky eating, not low HGB that he lose weight, low red cell was normal for puppy.

First visit with my puppy a few days ago, I think they were having some issues with another dog and we had to wait a bit longer. Very friendly, knowledgeable vet, and the kind receptionist lady was amazing handling my puppy, taking him into the room while he was still inside his carrier to make him feel more comfortable. Very lovely person who also answers your questions and checks for the information for you immediately (also very kind and polite over phone). Although I didn't see, I believe they were very patient and gentle with my puppy as he gets scared very easily and yelps but I didn't hear a single cry during his checkup and shots. Absolutely no pressure to buy or do things you didn't go for but Dr. Boktor will recommend and thoroughly explain things you might want to think about getting for your pet's health (he recommended we get Leptospirosis, and lyme disease shots for our puppy, which we agreed on, and said if we want kennel cough we can come back next time and get it if we choose to do so). The overall price for his dhpp vaccine, lyme, and leptospirosis was just a few dollars over $170. The doctor did a thorough full body wellness check (eyes, ears, mouth etc) and answered all our questions and concerns which was $70 for anyone wondering about the price. Great people who I feel very comfortable leaving my puppy with.

Dr. Boktr is very helpful and all the staff are very friendly. I appreciate that they respect their scheduling and the clinic is well maintained. They treated my puppy Bean very well and with love. I highly recommend them.

My pup Bruno loves coming to the hospital. Isn’t that surprising? Dr. Boktor is very compassionate and gentle. He answers all the questions and cares very much for pets. We checked a few hospitals around the area and we are glad that we found Dr. Boktor.

This clinic is more like a 10 out of 5 stars.

The Vet - Dr. B - he is kind, gentle, realistic, explains everything thoroughly, answers your mountain of questions, doesn't rush you, reassures any concerns you might have. I don't feel pressured into anything, there is no overselling. Most of all, I trust him with my beloved pet.

Vet Tech/Front desk - Victoria - again, so super kind, so caring, such a gentle soul. Any questions you may have she answers, addresses your concerns, you can tell she is 100% genuine.

Any other support staff on the team I am sure is exactly the same. It is such an intimate clinic, being there puts you at ease.

This is the kind of place you want to bring your pet. You can feel reassured that you won't be oversold, overcharged, rushed, and that every care will be taken to make sure your baby is well taken care of. I don't like giving recommendations willy nilly, for doctors in particular, but already have multiple friends thinking to relocate.

Brittany glenn animal hospital is a great place to take your pet considering the Doctor and the staff probably love them as much as you do. When i brought my bestfriend tonto there Dr. Boktor kept us informed and helped us understand what condition tonto was in and thoroughly explained our options which were not many and when the odds were against tonto so much that it seemed like he was going to be gone forever whether we put him through surgery or put him down the outcome was most likely the same, but i had a great feeling about Dr. Boktor and the staff so we decided to do the surgery for the small chance tonto would live another day, hopefully another 11 years. After his heart stopping multiple times during the surgery and a tumor bigger than a softball Dr. Boktor managed to bring him back to life each time, remove the tumor and bring tonto back to us to live another day happy and tumor free! I was very pleased with how professional and honest Dr. Boktor was through the whole process. Brittany Glen Animal Hospital is the best vet experience i have ever had.

Amazing Clinic! Dr. Boktor and his staff are patient, friendly, professional and so welcoming. I have taken my kitten there twice already and was so glad I did. While waiting at the clinic, Luna pooped in her crate and the vet tech (unfortunately, I don't remember her name) willingly took her inside and cleaned up the mess. Had Brought my Kitten in to Brittany Glen after several bad experiences with Vets. We were so happy with all the staffs service including the Dr! You can tell how genuine he is with his care in animals, and their prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. So pleased with how they took care of my kitten, and am very thankful I now have a trusted vet I will always go to whenever needed:)

I've never met such an amazing Vet such as Dr. Boktor! He is so gentle and compassionate with the animals, very affordable, professional, explains everything thoroughly and most importantly ďoes the best for my pets. I recently brought in my 11 week old puppy who broke his paw and Dr. Boktor and his awesome staff took such great care of him!

Great service, and not just that doctor Boktor really took care of my pet and went above and beyond to ensure he is 100% healthy. Prices are also very reasonable.

I brought my cat here for a second opinion on her ear. I was originally told by another clinic it was allergies but I knew that there had to be something else after 2 weeks with no improvement. From my first phone call to book an appointment I felt like they actually took the time to listen and cared about what was going on. At the appointment the vet took his time to explain to me everything he was doing and came to the conclusion the issue was an ear infection. I was given ear drops and detailed instructions on how to care for her. This is now 4 days later and her ear looks great already. I have a few more days of medication and monitoring but I am so relieved and cannot express how grateful I am for everyone in this office for making my experience so wonderful and easy. Fair price for vaccines. Anywhere you go in Toronto prices are crazy! I came from all the way in bramton but savings are worth it

This review is about the service not the vet. Today I called in the morning (dec 30) explaining how my cat was excessively licking his bottom and threw up bile I was anxious to get in to see the vet. The girl on the phone said she would pull up his brother’s s file and call me right back once she spoke with the vet. I told her I had to work the following day and please let me know. Hours later, there was no follow up. I called again and the very RUDE girl on the phone simply said “oh sorry we are busy today I didn’t get a chance to call you your cat can come in tomorrow at 9am”. I told her I waited all day to hear if he can be seen today and again- I have to work tomorrow and cannot come in. I told her she should have taken 2 min to call me and let me know my cat couldn’t be seen today and this way I could have taken him someplace else for care especially since it is the NEW YEAR weekend now what am I supposed to do!? She didn’t care whatsoever and just kept saying “well you can come tomorrow at 9” what the hell part of I can’t come Tomorrow does she not understand! I wasted a day waiting on this clinic and clearly they (she in particular) had no empathy or concern for a sick pet

Dr. Boktor is an amazing veterinarian! We started taking our 6 year old golden retriever there after seeing the great reviews, and they couldn't be more accurate. Dr. Boktor and his staff are always very kind, professional, and are happy to answer all of our questions. The care they have for animals is very evidently shown in their day-to-day work. We know our pup is in great hands!

Love, love, love Dr B. The clinic is small and very personal. The vet personally takes the time to meet with every single owner and their four-legged family member. He really loves seeing our dog and following our last surgery was so supportive answering our questions, ensuring we were briefed on the medication and the follow up visit.

I had a great experience having my cat neutered in this place. The surgery was done very good, just in a couple of hours. Everything was explained in details and the price was very reasonable in comparison to other places. I highly recommend this animal hospital.

We decided to take our rescue dog to Brittany Glen Animal veterinary clinic after reading all the five star reviews and we couldn't be happier! Although we have had dogs before this is our first rescue dog and we wanted to make sure we found somewhere he would feel safe and that they would understand he is still adjusting to his new life. Dr. Boktor and his staff have been wonderful. We had our first visit and they were wonderful with Vinny. Fast forward a few weeks and Vinny managed to get a marrow bone stuck on his lower jaw. We realized we couldn't get it off and called as the clinic was closing. Dr. Boktor and his staff waited for us and minutes later the bone was safely removed much to Vinny's relief and even more so his worried fur parents! It gives us peace of mind that Vinny has a caring medical team close by to meet all of his health needs. If you're looking for a reliable, competent, caring medical team for your pet look no further! I highly recommend this animal hospital! I trust the veterinarian and the staff with my golden retriever puppy BENNY! He has gone here for his vaccines and we also had a scare when Benny swallowed a silk hair scrunchie from the counter (as we did not know he could reach the counter at the time) and Brittany Glen Animal Hospital made time for our emergency even though they had their hands full. They even followed up after to see how Benny was doing. You can tell that they truly love what they do for a living and I feel comfortable leaving Benny in their hands. They have also provided us with so much knowledge and guidance, they have talked me through situations over the phone, hands down the best place for your pet. I also drive here from a different city, that is how great they are!

They provide a very professional service, firstly explain to me what is my pet situation, and what will be happening if take further step. Finally i decide to take the surgery for my 15 years old dog to remove the lump. And i am so appreciate Dr. Boktor is so patient to listen all of my concern and give out a very good surgery to my dog. He is able to come home within the same day. And next day also call me for follow-up. Thank you

Today we brought our 15 week old English Bull terrier and had a great experience. The vet was very informative and had a great attitude. He explained everything we needed to know and our dog was happy and comfortable when we left.

My dog Jake and I were warmly greeted by the doctor himself on day of
appointment. He took plenty of time to go over the issues affecting my
dog's allergies. I was impressed by his genuine concern and clearly did
a thorough job at explaining the effects, and circumstances of the issues at hand.
He did not push to have any medication prescribed immediately, and instead gave some options in terms of dietary changes to commence with first.
I was completely grateful for his honesty. I now realize that his initial diagnosis was in fact spot on.
We will be seeing him very soon.

Dr. B is amazing! Super knowledgeable and friendly. My girl Xena loves him too and I will continue to be a client for years to come. My sister (Michelle Tudor) is now a client too and she loves him as well. There's a lab, pharmacy and x-ray area so it brings down costs having everything done in house. The fees are extremely reasonable and fair to begin with and he definitely wants you to be a big part of your pet's health journey and takes the time to explain anything and everything that concerns your furbaby. I can't recommend him enough!
