If i could give this place no stars I really would. I went in on a sunday when I’ve called in advance to ensure my mom (who is on a wheelchair) can be seen before closing time which is 4pm on their website. The receptionist said the walk in doctor will be leaving by 3: 30 so come by 3: 15. I came with my mom to the doors locked at 3: 10pm. When calling the very disrespectful receptionist who has no manners on speaking with people, rudely screamed at me and said “I told you to come by 3: 15” she said the doctor will not see my mom now. I don’t understand how this establishment runs when their employees don’t understand the first thing about patient care or customer service. The receptionist also came at the door to argue with me when I very clearly showed her the time on my phone which was in fact before 3: 15. Absolutely disgusting service and attitude from the receptionist will not be coming back or recommending to anyone.

I’ve been coming here to this walk in clinic for years and I must say that the receptionists and doctors are incredible. Excellent in assisting the patients whenever we show up. Dr. Mikhael (Lucy) and Dr. Guirguis are amazing doctors every time I need to get my Vitamin B12 taken or for any other medical reason they’re always Available with amazing kindness. Muna and the other receptionist are amazing also acknowledging the patients. They’re all phenomenal. I’ll will always go there just knowing that I’m well received.

I had a wonderful experience in that healthy, well managed clinic. The doctors are so kind and knowledgeable. The receptionists are so kind and always very welcoming. A big Thank You.

Very clean place with efficient doctors that are always ready to help and give advice all through the week. Thanks for that wonderful experience in this location.

Very long waiting time. Even if you are sitting alone in the lobby, you will not leave the clinic before an hour later. The inside of the clinic looks rather shabby.

There was only one patient ahead of me and they literally took 1 hr to see me they kept saying it’s a 20 min wait to everyone who came in but don’t trust them even if the clinic is empty you would need to wait for an hour for no reason I don’t know what the doctor was even doing just running around to empty rooms.

Really bad experience. Took me over 40 mins to be seen when I was the only patient in the clinic. Doctor handed me a prescription without explaining what I had or literally anything to me. Horrible experience

I had good experiences with all the doctors here so far, and never really waiting for hours. When it was busy, I asked the receptionist the approximately time then came back about time of my visits, sometimes they called me too.
I'm greatful and thankful to all the doctors whom had helped me.

Pathetic…. Went there for a severe back ache, was called in after half an hour, and then the doctor standing 3 feet away gave her diagnosis.no painkiller prescribed and told to go to emergency if pain is unbearable.

Worst medical centre ever. They can make you wait up to 3 or 4 hours. Not sure why they take patients if the doctor is backed up by so long. This place should be shut down because they lie about the wait times 1 hour equals 4 hours.

Thanks to Dr Adel Nakhla for identifying the root cause of my health condition and helping me to regain my strength. Dr Nakhla is a very caring person with great experience.

Absolutely the worst! They take in patients and don't let them know that no doctor is physically available at the clinic. Then they move the patient from the reception to one of the rooms to create a fake impression that you are being advanced to meeting a doctor. All of this is happening when there is still no doctor present in the clinic. Low class doctors and unethical policy. Will visit this clinic only if every other clinic in Canada is closed.

Walk in and out in 30 mins. Never happened before in Mississauga. Always tried other clinics because of the review and rating but understood each one experience is different. Called them before, the receptionist said they close doors at 7.30 pm. We went at 7.20 pm and were out by 8. Dr patiently listened to whatever we wanted to say and suggested next steps.

Worst receptionist ever. I walked out of this clinic with tears in my eyes because of the way I was treated by the receptionist. I put my daughter's name at noon for walkin.had to ask her TWICE the wait time.she said 2.5 hrs. Came back at 2: 30pm and she tells me I can't take your daughter cuz you didn't give me your healthcard. Why didn't she ask me when I put her name? She tells me she remembers me when i came at noon but still refuses to take my daughter. Then just walks away. I really wanted a doctor to look at my daughter who is really ill. Show some mercy and compassion. This is no way to treat a fellow human being.

Worst clinic ever. I went to get my ear flushed out and the doctor tells me that she cannot flush due to OHIP not being covered and she needs permission from a family doctor. Why have a walk in clinic then? Refusing to help a patient. Do not go to this clinic. I hope one day a patient sue this clinic or it goes out of business.

Just called 10 mins ago to confirm they are open. I get there and they say its closed. Very disappointing, waste of time and gas money.

Worst clinic, I went there several times to get a referral for a Dermatologist, my son has bleeding eczema, but I never received a referral. Whenever I call, the receptionist it rude, it is such a waste of time, please go to another clinic, this clinic staff makes sure they never call back or act with basic courtesy

Today we visited Dr. Isis Guirguis at Brittany Glen Medical Centre because my daughter had cough, fever, ear and throat pain since last three days. We entered the room and she just wanted to prescribe medication without performing any inspection and check-up. When we insisted and asked her how you can prescribe medication without doing any examination and checking the patient then she reluctantly checked her. I wish I could able to report such a bad practice to College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. I am surprised how the college does its members performance evaluation. There should be a proper and accurate monitoring system. I believe the Canadian Healthcare system needs some changes. I do not recommend this doctor.

I always wondered why this place got such bad reviews until today! So my son has been seeing the lady dr at this clinic for a year. Recently we were required to submit a letter on the letter head stating the Drs that my son has visited for xyz reason. I first called and enquired if this is something they can do. They told me on the phone that it can be done for $30. I planned for weeks and finally got time to go today.to my surprise the receptionist was utterly rude stating right out that she can’t do this. I said why? What is the reason for the dr not doing this since it’s a simple request. She has been charging us for all the sessions so why can’t she put that in writing? She right out refused! The receptionist was rude and did not provide any reason! I told her, my son is better off visiting other doctors since she clearly didn’t care whether we came or not. The receptionist denied having a conversation with me ever! If you want to be in the service profession.you need to be professional and courteous! What’s the point of having a walk in clinic if you do not feel welcomed there? Or be treated with kindness? Are we visiting you for free? Are you not charging the government or people each time they come to see you? Why the rudeness?
Will never be attending this place ever! And guys please don’t waste your time attending this place! You are better offf going to a place that might be further down the street but where you are at least treated with kindness!

I'm not sure why this place gets such bad reviews. The reception was excellent when we called. In fact we called on Sunday at 3: 45 just before they closed and they stayed to see my son. The doctor was excellent and my son really wants to switch to him but he is not taking on new patients. He was very thorough and my son felt like he genuinely cared. Our experience could not have been better and we will be back to this clinic. We hope that we can convince the doctor to see our son as a patient as he is really unhappy with his current doctor.

The receptionist except for one from India are all unprofessional. They do not have simple phone manners nor do they listen to what you are saying. They truly need to be trained or replaced. There is one Middle Eastern who is very rude. Yesterday I specially asked this receptionist to have the doctor call me on my home number and repeated my home number. After 2.5 hours I called again to ask what time I should be expecting her call and she said I don't know, the doctor is in the clinic today. At 8: 15, and again at 8: 30pm I called a couple of times but no one answered the phone. The clinic closes at 9: 00pm. This morning when I came to the office I see a missed called from my doctor and she called my office number. Very disappointing that the owner of this clinic is not taking these reviews seriously.

I really wanted to give this clinic a good review. This is one quite close to where I live, and I was hoping that I find a good walk-in clinic close to home. I called the clinic, and I was assured that I would be seen by the doctor at 2: 30pm to see my son who was hurt. When we went there, the receptionist refused that the conversation ever happened, and turned us back.

I have been to this clinic many times, Dr Amal Yusuf is amazing, very cooperative and has best of knowledge.shes so sweet to hear all your problems in details and guides you with the best option.
I will highly recommend her.

Hate writing a negative review because I appreciate Dr. Nakhla and all that he does, but the staff is just horrid and incompetent at best. On one occasion, they booked me for an appointment and I went in only to find that there are 0 doctors on duty and I was not informed. I went back home. The second occasion, I called to see Dr. Nakhla, I was told that I cannot see him that day (Tuesday) because there are no appointments and that I can walk-in on Wednesday and see him. I called on Wednesday to ask till when he will be available, and I was told that he is not even in and that I can only see him on Tuesdays on a walk-in basis. What kind of sorcery is this? And not only that, but they are extremely rude, even when they are in the wrong! It is truly beyond me how these receptionists can be so incompetent at every aspect of their job.

Staff refused to see my daughter because she was throwing up? Suddenly any and all symptoms are related to covid? Cool. Great job serving the public.

December 2021 on New Years Eve I felt very nauseous and decided to make the dsion to walk in and see if I was pregnant, they were very distant, not very friendly with me coming in. I could tell they made sure I was out very quickly and to leave the clinic to get a call back… the nurse called me back within fifteen minutes to tell me I WAS NOT PREGNANT. They did not give me any recommendation to what I could do with the symptoms I having but more so just to say my results and pretty much hung up on me. Twenty minutes goes by an unknown number calls me and it is the doctor this time from that clinic to tell me the nurses made a mistake and that I WAS PREGNANT. He did not apologize for the incident but instead told me that I would need to get all these test done to verify if it were true. I did end up getting those test done however not with that clinic as I lost trust and comfort from them….
My second experience now, my son seven months old. I decided to try to end breastfeeding as I though I was getting mastitis and was no longer enjoying it as I have a low supply. My family doctors was out of town and I needed something to release this pain I was having. I made the decision to go to that clinic since it is the closest to me… first making the appointment over the phone was very confusing as it is a walk in but the doctor only comes in at 3: 30pm? I made the first appointment at 3: 45 to see the doctor, this doctor was not the same as the last. She was not very friendly nor comforting, she stood up the whole time and didn’t ask me to sit or anything. She judge the fact that I wanted to stop breastfeeding and recommended I continued even though I clearly told her it’s not what I wanted… after that she bluntly asked me to show the area that hurt and did not softly touch the area (which caused me a good amount of pain).
She mentioned the lump and I kept asking her is it or is it not mastitis. I could tell she did not want to say those words but just kept repeating I had a lump (as if I did not know that). Finally she mentioned she would give me something and was not able to answer my questions about mixing medication I’m already taking. But just when I though it was over she looks at my son and says “Oh a girl yes? ” (my son was wearing a black galaxy onesie with blue trimming and an orange beanie) I have no idea where she though my son looked like a girl but I understand some babies you can’t tell but in this case I think it was pretty obvious…
I want to spread light for those who are anxious coming into clinics after this pandemic because I understand how weird and awkward communication can be now, I hope this helps for those who need a warm hearted environment when it comes to their health and this place was definitely not giving that.

Dr. Asham-Youssef, Amal Anwar is the best doctor I have met so far.very caring, patience, & correctly diagnose the issue. I want thank her for being there for her patience. Thanks Doctor very much!

We've been visiting this clinic for several years and have always been more than satisfied with the level of service from the front office as well as with Dr. Nakhla. He is extremely attentive and always takes the time to listen to our concerns.

All doctors at Brittany Glen are great, specially Dr. Youssef. Every-time I called in for an appointment I received a realistic appointment time and specially when calling regarding my son. Dr Youssef is very patient and always diagnosed any symptoms correctly for myself and my son. Not sure why reviews are bad, but life is hard right now and we all need to be human and have patience. The receptionist won’t have issues if you are polite and willing to listen, they are only doing their job.

I had Dr. Guirguis and she was honestly the most understanding and compassionate doctor I’ve ever spoken to. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I would recommend her to everyone. Dr. Guirguis actually listens and provides great professional medical service. It’s hard to find caring and honest doctors nowadays I’ve had to look long to find Dr. Guirguis. Highly recommend her:) thank you so much for being amazing!

I asked for 1 bottle for urine sample for my 76 yrs old sick bed ridden mom, they refused because the requisition was from the other doctor! Seriously! Where is the humanity, sympathy for seniors or medical field professionalism? Not sure if they wanted me to waste OHIP's (taxpayer's) money to see their doctor just in order to get the sample bottle? Need to complaint about this business!

INCOMPETENT AND RUDE.

Dr. Kayumi has been my doctor for 8+ years, and we absolutely love him. But the staff/receptionists are incompetent, and rude. We've tolerated it for Dr. Kayumi's sake, but I feel my bp rising everytime I need to speak to them. We will no longer be going to this clinic.

This guy might be a fake dr. Basses his patients prognosis on assumptions. Does not look at facts, does not consider patient history, is often stuck up and rude. He is not empathetic and lacks a personality necessary of a family Dr. I would not recommend him to anyone. You are better off at another walk-in clinic. Lastly, his reception staff are the most unprofessional ever, just like their boss.

Absolutely the worst receptionist staffing I have had to deal with! One of the ladies there is rude, does not listen, has 0 compassion, aggressive, never accommodates an urgent appointment. I wish my doctor would move to another office so I don't have to deal with her.

Dr Nakhla is very poor physician, poor knowledge, poor skills and he is imaging himself a professor. Poor guy

Came at 2p.m said doctor will come at 4. Came at 4 p.m doctor was still not here and over 1 and a half wait after the doctor arrived. A few patients only at the clinic, and still taking so much time. Very bad experience. 0 stars if possible

I read the reviews but I have to say my experience has been very different. Staff answer questions and give you an ETA. It's usually pretty close to what they promise. I had a cough so I told them I'm happy to wait in my car if they would call me when they were ready for me so I didn't sit there and cough on everyone. They said sure. Also, the two lady docs I have seen have been awesome every time. One of them even told me I had an eye infection before I even felt anything and sure enough, she was right. The other one sent us to the ER when I didn't think it was serious.we got there and sure enough got admitted almost instantly. Nothing but good things to say.

My family and I were his patients for years but since we haven't seen him in a while, looks like he got bitter and doesn't want us back at all anymore. Pure disrespect to us and we are seeking a better physician because his lasting impression left a sour taste in our mouths.

Doctors are good but the staff is extremely rude.if u ask how long it ll take they have the rudest reply.i called to ask for some info and after answering the first question she said bye n cancelled the call.they need to be atleast trained for the customer service job

They open at 9am, but the doctor doesn’t stroll in until about 10am, I guess our time isn’t worth anything.

Always a bad experience at this clinic. Apart from the ridiculous wait time, the doctors are always rude and unprofessional. They mis-diagnosed me and my daughter causing her condition to get much worse over a period of two weeks. Snobby and shows little to no interest in what the patient says. Doesn't even try to bond with the patient. This clinic should honestly be shut down. Would give zero stars if I could.

Been waiting over an hour to get in to see the doctor. They open at 9 but the doctor doesn't come in until 930. Told the person I was in a lot of pain in my back. She didn't say anything and just closed the door saying doctor will come check it. Terrible customer service.

Dr. NAKLA is a kind, amazing doctor. Dr. Yoosuf too a good lady doctor. Another lady doctor is horrible person. Very rude.
Curly hair and Chinese nurses are very friendly helpful. There is one nurse tall and lean very very very rude. She will be going to hell for being so rude with the patience.

They say they are open at 9 but the doctor isn't in till 945. I waited an extra 30 mins before being put in the treatment room and wait another 15 minutes. Rediculous! I will never come back here again!

Horrible female doctor.waited an hour to see her for my daughter.she just gave us five minutes.she never came close to check her.asked me two questions and gave the prescription.it seems she doesn't care for the walk in people.she did this twice with us.felt very bad.not going to this place again!

Most rude staff i have ever experience. They happily returned the card to the lady who waited an hour and half and was crying for her son treatment who couldnot walk coz of high fever and the family didnt have car. By the time dozen of patients were in the waiting area, the staff and doctors were celebrating biryhday which took them about 15 minutes. Seriously and then one of the doctor went to bring coffee. 4 patient took their health cards back coz of their poor service. The clinic does not have any dr for walkin patients. They let the walkin ones to wait forever and give preference to appointments. Worst clinic not recommended

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, I wish there is zero star to give to the nurse with bold hair, she let me cry from her rude way and told me to go to another clinic, I asked several times to talk to a manger or supervisor they refused
I want the manager to call me they cannot hire rude nurse like her, what kind of clinic keep calling their number no answer and no voice mail, just loud tone

What kind of place is this? Am I in Canada or some third world country? The receptionist put a torn out slip inside a folder and had written my symptoms on it!
I was explaining to the doctor I was having heavy heart beating and she couldn't understand, probably lack of proper English on her part. The doctor didn't seem very interested and she put the blood pressure measuring strap over my sleeve. Aren't you suppose to roll up the sleeve?
The thing that really pissed me off was after I explained my symptoms to her she looks at my wife and says 'What do you think? ', seriously? And I said she is not a doctor what you asking her?

It seems now anyone can become a doctor.

Not professional and very bad service. To send you to a specialist is the last thing they will do as if they will pay for it out of thei6own pocket.

Been going to this clinic for last five years. I like my doctor, if he went to another clinic i would be very happy. The wait time is horrible even with the appointment, the phone no one answers and then the receptionists are abrubt rude and favour their own arabic speaking patients.the phone no one answers voice mail is always full and all day today no one is answering the phone and no one confirmed my appointment for tomorrow and i cannot reach anyone. This clinic should be closed permenantly.

Worst practicing doctors except for 2. Worst service. Hate to go there. Doctors treat you like you’re the least important task today! I took my son yesterday & the male doctor orally told the name of the medication & explained the whole dosage cycle to my sick son who wasn’t even alert & then he tried to leave the room in a hurry. I had to stop him & asked him to write the name of the medication as we couldn’t memorize it! He was in a great hurry to just leave the room. He had kind of an attitude as well!

Terrible customer service. Receptionist are unprofessional and do not like to do any leg work. Not to mention the fact they will "yeah, yeah' just to get you off the phone. Wait times are horrific. The doctors are nice though

I got a new doctor and had to get my records transferred over. I have called this office 10 times to see why they haven't sent over my records. First it was they they never received the fax then it was that they haven't gotten to the request yet now the fracking lady only works evenings and the other lady covering for her doesn't know how to do her job.

Avoid going to this office if you can. And good luck!
