Broadview Physiotherapy Ottawa - pt Health

Broadview Physiotherapy has been great. Initial booking was easy. I provided me with a 'bundled care' package of treatment, beginning just shy of 3 months following a total hip replacement. The package consisted of an initial assessment by physiotherapist Steve, followed by a half-dozen conveniently scheduled visits spanning a month for treatment. Treatment and instruction was provided by both physiotherapy assistants, Shekila and Aline. Appointments all started on time (validated parking provided in the lot behind the building). The instruction was given in a manner that was easy to understand and written diagrams and counts were provided for the number of daily repetitions and sets of exercises. Physical manipulations were effective. The providers were courteous and friendly. While I have now completed the visits, I have been provided with instruction for progression and regression in the exercise routine over upcoming months and direction to return for follow up if necessary. Awesome clinic. Staff are so helpful and nice. My daughter is receiving treatments for her knee by Shekila who is so patient and caring. I recommend everyone to experience this clinic. Thank you Shekila
