So I’ve owned a few luxury cars (all from the same brand) and what I loved about the experience was the level of service! Well, my husband was in the market for a truck and he went to see Greg at Brock Ford for his Ford Maverick…. Anddd we haven’t looked back since! I switched my car to the Mach-e and it is hands down THE best car I have ever owned.

I couldn't believe that a company of this size would be honest about this type of thing. This is not just a characteristic of Greg alone but it is clearly ingrained in the entire office culture. Issue wasn’t resolved and got big charges on my invoice for nothing. Need to have better plans for customer satisfaction at this location.

Trying to get a paint defect repaired again, but out of warranty now. And we were told "too bad, we can't help". But the issue is the same and at the same location it was last time. It was repaired but only warranty for 3 months! Pretty sad! (2018 Ford Escape purchase there). So I did fix it myself!

This was my first visit with Brock Ford for an Oil Change with The Works option. Everyone was extremely friendly and organised. Excellent waiting area, including FREE coffee; newspaper; TVs and a drink cold drink machine. Comfortable chairs. The work timeframe was completed as estimated by the Service Manager. I had an excellent experience and will return for my next Oil Change and if any other work is required.

Went in for service a while ago, great experience even with the weather acting up, thank you

Had our F350 in for front end work in April, started noticing vibration and noise in front end.
My son (mechanically inclined) looked at it and found loose parts!
Returned the truck for them to fix, they called and set it was normal!
Immediately picked it up and went to different garage to have second opinion and to our astonishment, they (Brock Ford) had tightened the loose parts and never said anything to us! Very dirty! On their part, will never go back or recommend them!

Best auto service experience. Booked the appointment, brought the truck in, service done and paperwork processed. All very smooth and efficient. This is why I get my service done at Brock Ford.
