I want to share how impressed we are with not only the exceptional customer service we receive with every visit but also the extremely high level of care our furbabies receive. We moved from Ottawa in 2020 and we have never experienced this level of care of customer service at any other vet hospital we have visited. Our most recent visit was our first time inside your hospital (due to covid) and my husband was beyond impressed with level of care and professionalism displayed by the staff and veterinarian involved! Truly an exceptional team. Thank you from the Reid's.
