Knowledgeable staff who are friendly and helpful. I like the cards for paint that give you a freebie after buying a few.

Normally I like this store I'm a frequent shopper but the last time i went i had been there for roughly 10-15 minutes already had a staff member come and ask me if I needed help I said no thank you shortly after as I was picking out my last item another staff member told me to go and leave my bag at the front clearly I was there with my wife and 1 year old son and had my arms full of stuff I was buying I feel it was pretty clear I wasn't stealing but whatever

Great place with almost everything you need. However, the place could use a larger staff to answer questions.

Jeff was amazing, we went to look at new flooring and tiles and he was extremely helpful and went above and beyond.

This store has turned into a place i go to get ripped off.i needed like 6 feet of 1 inch tubing.they only sell precut lengths now so i had to buy like 8or9 feet of it and they charged me $25! That's unreal, I'm NEVER EVER GOING BACK THERE, IT'S HOME DEPOT FOR ME EVERYTIME NOW

Well stocked store with a large selection. The staff could be a little more helpful. In general I appreciate to be taken to the product not told what aisle, incorrectly, then spend more time looking before asking another associate for assistance.

Generally good experiences here. In general the staff are more helpful and knowledgeable than Home Depot. Good experiences with the flooring department including installation services.

After being a loyal customer I will not be returning to the brockville location. I purchased tiles, and when I went to return an extra box I had a terrible experience. I was never told when I purchased the tiles that they were non refundable. The personnel working in flooring just made a remark to me “it costs more to ship the box back than to refund it”. This was frustrating because I was never informed when I purchased the tile it was non refundable, and they acted like I should have known that already.

Very good costumer service and if it's not in stock, ready and willing to order what you need, sometimes with same week delivery.

If you can't get it here then they probably don't make it. Great customer service.

Absolutely horrible store.
I deliver to many Home hardware stores in Ontario this one sucks. Lunch is till 1pm gate is closed. But yup its almost 2pm and still closed. I have other stuff to deliver if I can now from this delay.

Came it near closing as I had to repair an antique dresser. I got the correct wood and hardware. This was minutes before closing. Good service
