So far I am thrilled with my rogue midnight edition. Brockville Nissan is one of the few dealerships willing to work with you. After 6 months of searching, and many other dealerships basically telling me that's "market price", we cant do anything/negotiate etc. Nissan came through and valued customer service. There were hiccups along the way, but in the end it all worked out and I got the car I wanted (with a few extras and in a timely manner). Let's hope this rogue holds up for 10 years.

Purchased Weathe Tech mats back row seating. After market product. It's hard to find parts for 2023 Nissn Frontier. Purchased vehicle in Kingston, but Brockville Nisaan has been helpful.

A very easy, pleasant experience buying a new (to us) car from Brockville Nissan. We are the type of buyer who asks a lot of questions and request more information. Throughout the our buying process, Ahmer and Allison were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. At no time did we feel any pressure; the entire deal was at our pace. Conversations around additional warranty and any available add-ons were mostly initiated by us. Both Ahmer and Allison provided all information without the sales pitch, taking time to ensure we understood and providing additional explanations when required.

Negotiating a trade in value and final price was a stress-free experience. The new car was delivered in pristine condition, beautifully detailed and cleaned.

I bought a brand new Nissan kick last June 2022 and we found out that 2 windows have a scratch they said maybe because they remove the plastic wrap or something and they promise to replace it but it never happen they only offer 200$ for that scratch for me to have it fix. And I didn’t accept that money so till now I didn’t hear anything from them never ever buy a car at brokville Nissan again.

My wife's car went in 3 months ago for a noise in front end mechanic said it was her tires so 2 weeks ago it went in for noise an play in the front end found out it was ball joint

It was back ordered more then 3 day they are supose to give a loaner they refused the service manager just gives attitude when you call an ask for updates
Called the owner left messages with Arnold an of course no reply
2 and half weeks with out our car an they arnt doing anything for us to compensate for it

I will never buy a car from brockville nissan where I have to deal with the issues with service department again

Service manager Shannon was beyond rude and made ignorant comments upon payment. Once there was a small price adjustment made by another sales representative after she refused to uphold what was said, she was beyond rude and unprofessional. Customer service in general is not her area of expertise. Do not recommend.

The best Car Dealership in Brockville by far. Ahmer went above and beyond to help us get a vehicle. Ahmer is without doubt the best salesman and most honest person I have ever dealt with. He is a valuable asset to Brockville Nissan.
