Broker Union- Where too good to be true, is true!

I was 2 months into Canada and had finalized a car at a dealership. My postal code was Brampton which meant selling a kidney in the black market to afford insurance. I got quotes from various insurance brokers in the range of 740-1250CAD/month. Now I had a car in my name but no insurance to drive it out of the lot. A friend of mine gave me a magic phone number and assured me that the guy can help out. Enter, Josh.

Josh is the most professional insurance agent I have dealt with. He gave me a favorable deal with the company he worked for at the time and it costs me 500CAD-month. Gradually, as I changed addresses, the rate gradually kept decreasing. A couple of days before my renewal, I get a call form Josh, he informs me about Broker Union, this amazing new brokerage that he is a part with. He offers me options of multiple insurance companies now (unlike the last time) and we end up making a deal which costs me 260 CAD/month! (for a new G driver in GTA). The team is amazing is literally available at an instant to help you with any issues.

I can not recommend these people enough. And if they give you a quote that is too good to be true, trust me its true.

Worst ever broker i have ever had for an auto insurance. Their agents will promise you a very less amount and the original billing from the insurance company will be 50% higher. These guy ripped me off for $1000 in 3 months and when i asked for cancellation. They promised to get it canceled for a lower amount and initiated cancellation and when the cancellation was billed. It was 50% higher than what was promised. They won’t take your calls once your insurance is done and will completely ignore you. Don’t take an insurance with brokersunion. Directly call the company or go with some reputed brokers.

Extremely disappointed with the service provided by their executive " Mr. Josh Mall". I was in the perception that he was treating me well and by mistake even referred my friend to him. But there were a lot of surprises when I got the documents in hand. After that I tried to call him more than 10 time and never heard from him. Hardly no responses for the messages too. Today I had a call with him and I had to prove my dignity. This is not the way anyone should take care of their customers. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid such people who doesn't care the integrity of the customers and give commitments without proper explanations which they can twist for their benefits. I will be definitely moving out my insurance from them ASAP, even if loss money. Sales people should understand that money is always secondary and they should value their customers.
