Dana Adshead-Abrahams is incredibly professional and thorough. She spent a lot of time making sure I had the best coverage for the price. She even brought her laptop home to make sure I had the paperwork I needed before my current coverage ended to avoid fees for canceling. I can't thank her enough for going above and beyond.

I read a lot of the reviews and the negative ones are because people's personal problems like tickets brought down their rates. That isn't a broker's problem that is theirs. I did have a ticket I forgot about which changed my prices but Dana was very helpful in making sure I still got the best price despite that. My rates are still less than the previous company before the ticket was reflected!

There should be a zero, 6 commercial policies with these guys for 8 or more years. Realized I am paying 40% more then any other brokers quoted on 5 of the 6 policies & in a spiteful act they threatened my other business's ability to operate by cancelling #6 without my consent. In short shop around stay away. I should have known this would happen as when I first started they accidentally wrote a policy I didn't ask for and took 1000's out of my biz without my consent. Happy to provide receipts and still waiting for info on dbl payments taken. Lets see what happens next.

Spent a total of one hour on the phone with this insurance company only to remove a travel trailer from our auto insurance policy and add on a different one. Put on hold numerous times which made me wonder if the agent actually knew what they were doing. Then the agent asked me to give them a review and a 10 out of 10 would be nice.
First I was told it should be under my house insurance as when it is sitting in my drive way and not being pulled by the car, there is no coverage. The next agent said that is should be under my automobile insurance and yes, it is covered when it is sitting in my driveway. Hopefully I never have to find out which agent is correct. My previous review below still stands.
We dealt with a family owned company for years and they sold the business to cambridge insurance who then sold out to some big corporate insurance company. The personal touch is gone. Its seems to be no different now calling this company compared to your internet provider (Roger's or Bell). You get an agent who takes your order and answers your questions. In reality you are just a number.

Ask for Debbie for your home and vehicle insurance needs. Commercial coverage is best served by Brandi. If you haven't reviewed your policies for a while, you would be well served to check them out.

I have been with these brokers for many many years.they found me good prices.but.
But.horrible service. Attitude when dealing with anything.asked for new quotes many times.just get told it will be more.like they dont want to wait there time.well im looking for a new broker. Thanks for nothing.

I've used Cambridge Insurance (now BrokerLink) for probably 20 years. The customer service staff (I've interacted over the phone with maybe 10 -15 different women) is fantastic. No company is perfect, or will perform to high levels 100% of the time, but these folks (especially the CS staff) have been amazing. I sure hope the new owners treat their CS staff well, because as a retired business owner, I can tell you this department is as professional as you could ask for.

Over ten years ago I had a bad driving record and spend days calling around for car insurance quotes and Rakesh Patel spent probably a hour on the phone with me explaining to me and helping me with quotes I was getting 1400/month. There was at least 10 other companies I was getting CRAZY quotes from and Rakesh got my around 700. It was hundreds of dollars less a month he got for me. Over time it went down and I have been using Rakesh Patel for every insurance I've ever needed. He is so good at his job that my whole family now uses him for any insurance they need. I cant stress how amazing he is at saving you money. I will forever use Rakesh because he's super friendly, and very thorough and professional but really personable. He is the furthest thing from a typical "insurance guy". Straight to the point with no hidden agenda, I cant speak highly enough of him and I would suggest to use him for all your insurance needs.because of him I've literally saved thousands over the past decade! Do yourself and your wallet a favor and let him take care of your insurance needs:)

Cambridge Insurance were immediately helpful with my new car purchase and I expect to be a client for another 30 years.

I called Cambridge Insurance yesterday for an auto quote and spoke to Rocko (Rakesh Patel). He was polite and diligent, and offered me a fantastic quote within minutes of our call. Needless to say I called him back the next day to sign up. From start to finish, my auto insurance was good to go in just 2 hours! I am so pleased with my auto price, and will be recommending my network to Cambridge Insurance Brokers. You are lucky to have someone like Rocko on your team!

We have been dealing with Cambridge Insurance Brokers for years now. We have gone through different vehicles, different homes, adding items to our policy, having rentals, car accidents etc, and we have NEVER had a bad experience. We continue to receive amazing customer service and never feel as though we are inconveniencing anyone even when I am asking 1000 questions. Today I spoke with Brenda as we are adding a couple of items to our insurance policy and she so sweetly explained the details, what to expect and so on. She treated me like a person not just a number and that is the reason that even though we don't live in Cambridge anymore we won't leave the Broker. I have been a long-time customer of Cambridge Insurance. Most recently, I contacted them to obtain insurance quotes prior to purchasing a new car. Despite having left a message for a broker and hearing nothing after 2 days, I decided to try again (hence the loss of one star). I was quickly contacted by Kelly Nelson and she was an absolute privlege to work with. I provided her with multiple VIN numbers and requested rates for both business and pleasure. She was so responsive to ALL of my emails. This was tremendously helpful and instrumental in the eventual purchase of my new vehicle. I contacted and checked if an update can be applied to reduce the cost of car insurance due to Covid-19 since we didn't use them as we used to before.
Kelly's explanation for my case to adjust our policy was clear and she provided prompt adjustment via email, which will lead to the reduction of insurance for 1 car put of 2 until we need to use all cars again.

This application was great since 1 car only will be used while other car is parked under the loss coverage from weather or steal measures.
I appreciate her adjustment extended to the reduction applied for the past 1 month when I addressed the situation that we didn't use 2 cars for the over past over a month. Thanks so much for the kind explanation.

I am a car dealer and had a vehicle shipped to Ontario for a customer which required me to need insurance documents emailed or couriered to me by the customer but Kelly happened to be helping my customer and she took full control. She had a confirmation to me while the customer was still in the office with her and when that document wasn't enough for the bank she managed to get me the documents I needed right away. Her willingness to go above and beyond for myself and the customer were extremely evident and she truly represents Cambridge Insurance Brokers Ltd.extremely well. I can only say that if this is the actions of one employee in that building I can only assume the whole business is run just as well.

We’ve had tenants and auto insurance with Cambridge Insurance Brokers for close to ten years, they’ve always provided quality customer service and kept our best interest in mind. Less then a year after switching over, my wife was involved in a car accident (was not at fault). Our contact was prompt, helpful and honest during the process, from the time the accident happened, throughout the repair / rental process and right to picking up our repaired vehicle 6 weeks later.

Our home was supposed to close on the 11th but was extended to close on the 15th meaning we had to extend our home insurance. We had called Cambridge Insurance on the 11th at 3: 45 and spoke with Krystal Oliver. She was on it and reached out to Wawanesa to extend our policy. My stress was immediately alleviated due to her quick action; we had a response in about 5 mins that our policy was extended. Thank you Krystal!

I have been with Cambridge Insurance Brokers for about 5 years now. I've always been able to get a hold of some one at anytime for help. I recently needed assistance, and I was transferred to Crystal. She friendly and most helpful. She said she had to call me back to get answers for me and she was prompt with her call. She was empathetic and was great at listening to me. Crystal gave me some tough information that is quite hard to deliver but still was clear and showed empathy.
