Awful, tried ripping me off for thousands of dollars and was like pulling teeth to get the money back, then continued to bill me for a plan i did not sign up for, or agree upon

I don’t like the long wait for someone to answer my call. Not everyone who answers knows what they are talking about. We miss the personal experience. We will be switching brokers soon.

They refused to provide me with a proof of insurance letter. Not right - everyone deserves access to their information.

Had business insurance with Brokerlink, changed everything to Nickel City Insurance because of the bad service. Great Brokerlink purchase Nickel City Insurance. Contacted two person still no reply!

Very rude people that work here. Chantel carrier, you need to learn how to deal with customers. You are very rude and foul. Apparently you think I have a big mouth. Next time I’m up in Sudbury I’m gonna walk into your office and we will see how big my mouth really is.

I've been a Brokerlink customer for almost 20 years and have always received great pricing and service. My most recent representative, Lise Lafreniere, has been incredible to deal with since day one. She always responded to my inquiries expeditiously, was on top of my renewals and has provided exceptional service. Although I've terminated my policy due to bundling our home and auto policies with my wife's brokerage in Picton where we live, Lise still took care of the transaction quickly and politely. I would highly recommend giving them a chance - and make sure you ask for Lise!

The did not inform the insurance company of my situation in needing to change banks and as a result I got non payment and canceled insurance now my insurance is doubled. Not impressed fight the nonpayment. Terrible to deal with Aldo when I switched cars the service canada showed no record of the insurance on the new car so I could not switch it over there office never sent the paper work to the company.

So much for getting a quote from them.as they want to know with who you are insured when you don't even have claims in.no you don't get to ask me those question if you want my business.to bad

The person I dealt with was great.
He was able to help me with my needs to get car and home insurance policies after my relocation to the area.

Only reason for a three and not a one star is the third agent (Bonnie) was able to address my policy renewal question within twenty minutes unfortunately only after I had called and spoke to two previous agents over a two week period who both told me they would give me a call back and neither did. My advice if you are or are going with BrokerLink, make sure you get their name as, based on my experience, there is only a 1/3 chance you'll get helped.
