Brokerlink has been so amazing! They have been super friendly and helpful. They always help me find the best deals and let me know what changes are in my best interest. I’m not loving Brokerlink’s new centralized phone system, because I miss being able to call into my agent who knows me personally. So I make a point to come in and work with them in person.

This company has lied and over charged me 3 separate times in the past 2 months. They quoted me at one price, I accepted then when I got my policy it was about 60 dollars higher than what was quoted per month. So then I decided to shop around. Found cheaper, called to see what my penalty was, they told me just over a months cost of insurance, I get a letter in the mail and it's was 2 1/2 times more than my monthly insurance costs.and surprise surprise they can't find the recorded phone call that they always tell you that they record it.as soon as my house insurance policy ill be pulling out as well
