I have been dealing with rogers customer service and they have been horrible but this guy really handled the situation really well and changed my perspective about the customer service

I was a customer for over 10 years and have nothing but issues in the last 2 years. Customer service and getting customers the best rate have gone out the window. After accident I was not charged or found at fault for, my policy more than doubled, when I inquired why I was given the run around about why this happened and told insurance companies determine fault and it was normal to see a 100% increase after an accident. I also had rental insurance and once I informed my broker I was no longer renting and to cancel my renters insurance it was not infact done for over 6 months and they still continued to bill me. The following year my policy once again increased, without reason so I inquired about getting a new policy and shopping around I was informed I needed to sign a new form to allow for them to do this, despite being with them for 10+ years they never once did the sole purpose of a broker which is the duty of the client or customer to find them the best rate for their needs. I contacted another agency and explained my situation, they suggested a specific policy for 6 months with one company, and allowing me to clear my accident off my record and not pay for it for another whole year and get an even better rate in 6 month. When I inquired with broker link about this option, they gaslight me and told me no company provides such policies, fabricated my driving rating and somehow quoted me 200$ more a month for the same insurance company another agency was quoting me for. I now happily have a lower insurance rate, and receive better customer centered care elsewhere. Save your self the mental headache and take your business elsewhere.

I highly recommend this insurance company and the customer service received from Jo-Anne Jewell is second to non. Her timely reminders and punctual responses are extremely professional. Jo-Anne has been going the extra distance to ensure my business interests are met and protected. 5 Stars!
