Great experience with brokerlink in general. But it recently got even better. I needed urgent insurance for an complicated file and I received amazing service from Ana Maria Suarez, she worked on my file after hours and gave me updates to assure me that everything was ok (and it was)! I felt my insurance interests were very taken care of with Ana Maria. Amazing service and would recommend to anyone!

Beware everyone of this company, it will rob you, and you will not be able to do anything. Be very careful. I paid $487 for it. A month my car was sold, and I canceled its insurance, and I have evidence of that, and they did not return the amount, and they do not even care about your problem. If you have any problem with the car, beware of them.

In all my 72 years of dealing with Insurance Brokers, i have never experienced a more pleasant or simple purchase of insurance. Lacy Pownall was so professional, knowledgeable, and informative. Her sparkling personality topped off the whole experience. Employees make a company and Broker-Link has a valuable asset in Lacy Pownall, and on top of that, she got me an amazing rate. Win, win. What agent tells you on the phone is not what ends up happening when the insurance charges you. It is always a bit more. But they get you covered.

If your idea of "making it right" is trying to double my insurance when I purchased my new truck, my answer is NO THANK YOU. I just got much much better coverage for LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE.

I chose to work with BrokerLink after shopping around and speaking to many insurance brokers. They are professional and go above and beyond to go through the insurance policy's coverage and explain everything. Mora Rahimi was extremely helpful when we had an issue during a water damage and helped us with our claim.

My previous broker was amazing sadly they retired. The new Service not so happy. Mistakes were made and I was overcharged for two years. When I question it I was told to bad so sad. Then some excuses. So I had to stop work and fiscally go in to get some action. Then all I was offered was what I was intilted to in the first place no compensation for the error. But promises that my rate will get better in the future. I fear if I actually have a claim. It's going to be a challenge. I think this reflects on how the business is run.
