Phone call to broker link disconnected three times when my agent was contact number was attempted

These people just stole $600.00 from my mother who can barely survive on ODSP. I know for certain that she cancelled her insurance, why are you taking money from a single disabled woman right before Christmas?

If anyone has trouble with these idiots, I recommend they go to Jones insurance or skip local brokers altogether and shop online for insurance.

I am still waiting for my home owners insurance claim to be processed. It's over a month and a half since flooding in my basement. We are out of pocket a lot of money and my claim is still in limbo.
The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
I will be shopping for a new insurance provider to be in place when this contract is up. Both auto and home insurance will be purchased elsewhere.

Brokerlink's system means that whenever you call, you'll be redirected to someone new every time you call; and they won't be local. Their system is so dysfunctional that each new person you speak with won't have a clue about what happened the last time you interacted with Brokerlink. The results in my case were, after 2 months of inquiry, having my law office inform me at 4: 30pm the day before closing a home purchase that they still didn't have the insurance binder, even though I went in-person and verified the policy a few days earlier. By the time I'm able to do anything about it the local office is closed.

Julio is the man. I was paying $170/month for auto before switching to BrokerLink and now I'm paying $137. He was very helpful and straight forward. The process was quick and easy.

They Insured the wrong vehicle. Still not able to fix it, don't deal with this incompetent business.

Don’t trust these guys! They are Greedy with a Capital G! The name Broker Link sure means what it says! It make the customer go Broker! Go with another insurance company before this place!

Doesn't matter what your driving score is or if you never get pulled over or get any tickets, your your rates still go up 20% per year! They told me it would be impossible to find better rates but almost every one else gave me better rates, I'm now saving $30 per month by NOT using BROKERLINK!

The front desk staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Rates are comparable with other brockers.

You’ll have better luck doing it yourself rather than having the people that get paid to do it.

I had a great experience here today. I dealt with Kate and she was excellent. Felt that she explored my insurance options with me in a very thurough manner and provided me with very professional customer service. Kate was also a very pleasant person to deal with. Would recommend this broker to anyone looking for insurance.

They have a refer a friend for a coffee card.don't believe them. I referred a friend a year ago and he just renewed for another year. Never got anything.

Took money out of my account after I cancelled on 3/8, did a withdrawal of money that is a part of my rent and groceries. I have confirmation of fax received and disputes over the phone that I still carry a policy and won't cancel until the letter has been received. (which was sent). Are going to withhold my funds while they figure out what I owe them then return what is left (if any) at that time. Great, now my kid and I eat noodles for the remainder of the week. Yaaaay.

I'm a long time client and I really don't appreciate waiting for more than 35

Great friendly staff I have dealt with them in the past my insurance is now with somebody else but that is for other reasons nothing to do with them my father's life insurance was with them and they did help us through that time too as well can't really say anything bad about broker like because they're pretty good at what they do

They managed to find me some pretty reasonable insurance despite my driving record. It's still high but I can't really complain because everywhere else I contacted quoted me 400$ or more a month.

I had insurance with them and they neglected to change my address. Can never get a hold of them.do not use this insurance company.
