I regrettably must express my dissatisfaction with Brokers Trust Insurance and their brokers, prompting my recent transition to a different provider. The consistent lack of responsiveness, irresponsibility in managing requests, and a failure to ensure accurate and timely updates exposed my business to unnecessary risks. After enduring these challenges for an extended period, I made the difficult decision to seek a more reliable and professional insurance partner. It is my sincere hope that this feedback contributes to the enhancement of their service standards and commitment to client satisfaction.

A few years ago a colleague of mine referred me to Patricia Roccari from Brokers Trust. It started off with just asking a few questions regarding a previously existing policy. Patricia was very patient and took the time to explain not only the benefits with working with a broker, she was also very patient when answering all of my questions. Even after all of these years she promptly returns all of my calls, her level of service and follow through never diminished. She is honest, consistent, personable, and kind, and she a true professional that knows her craft. The trust I have built with her has made me comfortable to refer my family and friends to her personally.

We have been with this insurance brokerage for almost 15 years now and if you are looking to actually speak to someone this is not the place. They transfer you to an agent which you will in turn only get an answering machine and after you leave a message they take their time and call you back whenever they feel like. Tracey the agent that I had was non apologetic and seemed annoyed and this is how they treat customers that have been loyal to this company for over a decade! When purchasing a new car you need to have an idea of what the insurance will cost and you have a very small window before someone else scoops it up so talking to an agent is extremely vital and time is if the essence so if you receive a voice mail and an agent that takes their time in calling you back then why bother. There is enough completion out there where you will get better rates and be able to talk to a live agent!

As my partner and I were deciding between different property insurance for our mortgage, I let the insurance broker named Ted (Tu) Nguyen that we were not ready to move forward with the insurance plan. Yet he proceeded to sign us up for it, without even confirming whether we needed to cancel the application or not. We found out that we ended up getting charged. When confronted, Ted denied all responsibility and said it's standard procedure. Where's the fiduciary duty as an insurance agent here? I can't trust this broker Ted Nguyen and given how Ted justified the "procedure" at this brokerage, I can't trust Brokerstrust to protect my interest. Pick your broker wisely, and especially avoid Ted Nguyen.

Brokers Trust is a great company. My family and I have been with them for 9 years. My broker is fantastic. She always answers all of my questions in a timely manner. Even when I leave a message or email she is quick to respond back. It doesn't matter who you speak with at Brokers Trust, all of the employees are always professional and helpful. We always have the best experiences with them and we will definitely continue with their services.
