Bronson Pizza

Ordered pizza, guy never showed up and delivery is marked as completed.called the resturant and who ever was on the phone was hella rude. They might have good pizza but trust me dont order online, doubt they even know how to work the doordash app. Absolute disappointment, consider taking down your online orders and just focus on walkins if you guys dont know how to give people their pizza.

Used to be awesome they literally never answer their phone anymore. Barely a business. They just sometimes decide to cook pizzas for people when they feel like it

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Ordered online. Tried calling several times to enquire about my food after waiting an hour and a half, no answer. Never showed up. They sure liked taking my money though (pre-paid online).

I'm moving cities soon and came here to say that this is the best greasy pizza in Ottawa hands down. The wings are great too, and always lovely service. Free and timely delivery. I'm a foodie, been in Ottawa for 8 years, and have ordered from here more than anywhere by far. Colonel doesn't hold a candle to Bronson. I will miss them SO much. I hope they take over the world tbh.

Their pizza is perfection. Came to my apartment in less than the time that was instructed to me. Wonderful customer service on the phone and delivery. Never ordering from anywhere else again.:)

Awesome food made by the awesome cook who is not giving enough credit for delivering his excellent product which is always consistently made to an excellent and wonderful standard quickly and with his many years of expertise and love of providing his customers with a culinary experience that is second to none. Bronson Pizza has been a staple in Ottawa that has not changed since back in 1986 when I was ordering the same pizzas that I'm still getting now in 2023. The dough, the sauce, the toppings, the mix of cheese that they use, and the effort and love that they put into creating their pizzas and all of their food has not changed since back when I was a teenager and ordering pizzas late at night after partying and going out on the town. Now, I have the luck of living just two blocks away from the place so I can just walk in and order what I want and they always go out of their way to make me what I want, how I want it, and it is always fantastic. I also have the ability to go in and have a great conversation with everyone who is there, all the employees and the drivers and we always have a good laugh and joke around and have a good time and they're always in a great mood and we have lots of fun talking about everything under the sun. Bronson Pizza is one of Ottawa's best pizza places, that has served Ottawa consistently for over 30 years with a great product and has not changed and is still the same and has the same great tasting Pizza as I remember from when I was 16 years old. There are not many pizza places in Ottawa that have survived the test of time and that can say that they serve the same Quality Pizza with great fresh ingredients and awesome sauce and excellent pizza dough such as Bronson Pizza.

The pizza was good, however, the delivery person was quite unprofessional and made us feel like we were a huge inconvenience for him. He didn't actually meet us where we specified and called to ask for details - it happens, but during the call he was not polite and courteous as one would expect. At one point he stopped listening to me and was asking random people in the area if they had ordered pizza.as I, who ordered the pizza, am on the phone with him trying to guide him. He told me "I'm very busy" multiple times, which just felt awkward - we are all busy too. It would have taken him half the time to deliver it had he just read the instructions or actually listened to me on the phone. We placed a large order and were thinking of ordering again in the future for events, however, the experience was so strange and uncomfortable.
TL;DR: Food is good but delivery driver was unprofessional and left a bad impression.

I've been living around the corner for years and I've yet to try Bronson Pizza until today. Now I regret not trying it years ago because it was absolutely delicious. LOL
We ordered a large Greek Pizza and it did not disappoint. The crust was thick yet light. The sauce was flavorful and the toppings were plentiful. We will definitely be ordering again.

The delivery driver was so enraged and aggressive, I'm actually concerned for peoples' safety receiving late night pizza deliveries from this man. I'm also concerned that he's driving a 2-ton vehicle in that state. This business should be avoided for that reason.

The delivery man shouted and yelled at me as I opened the door for him, demanding more money for his tip. I tried to tell him I usually tip on the app after service, but he yelled obscenities at me. I walked away to the elevator and he followed me for a few metres while he kept yelling. I felt very unsafe. How can this place employ such a staff person. My family will never order from Bronson Pizza ever again.

Ordered “$33.30” worth of food, gave the employee $54, and all I received was $15… I’m not a rude person, but they took $5 tip without even me offering it and gave me $15 instead of $20.

And this was my FIRST time ever ordering from this place. I’m always one to tip, however I’m NOT ok with forced tips. Will NEVER come back here again

I’ve been ordering for nearly 10 years, it’s consistent, delivery is typically quick, and for the price you get great value and quality. 5/5

First time having Bronson pizza and will be going back. Wish I took a picture of this medium pizza. It was perfectly done. Crust was perfect, sauce base awesome, toppings perfect amount and the perfect amount of cheese that was golden brown. Hats off to the crew working there tonight. Also the wings were well done like we asked and perfect aswell. I am very picky about pizza. The pizza was perfection. Wish I ordered a Large.

Me and my b.f have been ordering from Bronson pizza for over 20 yrs. Best pizza in Ottawa, and everything else on menu is ish bish delish.

Good pizza, fair portions on toppings including cheese. Good prices, no complaints.

Dipping sauce is tasty and flavourful.

You gotta pay before wait an hour and then the pizza was too greasy and the toppings and cheese just fall off

SO GOOD! Recommend this pizza place! The pizza was so chewy and filling! Loved it so much! I would of gave it 6 stars for giving free donuts! Love this place!
