Terrible doctors here. Go here only if you are polish and “belong. ” New Dr. Czok was so dismissive of me and what I was telling him. Terrible bed side manner. Made me feel like an idiot. I was originally a patient of Dr. Dvorskky however was told in an email sent by the office that he was moving and could see the new doctor at the practice, Dr. Czok. I booked a “meet and greet with him”. He walked in the room and right away got a bad feeling. He was speaking to me like a moron and told me I already have a doctor. He said just to travel to Oakville “it’s not that far. Some people don’t have cars and are not able to travel to the next town over! I told him I desperately needed help with my meds and mental health but he simply dismissed me again and told me to call one-link.
…also in the 2010’s I had Dr. Sohocka once look me up and down and tell me that I was gaining so much weight I wouldn’t be able to fit her Office chairs. I was maybe 220lbs Big yes, but left crying nonetheless. Terrible. Beware. Not sure why people become doctors just to speak to the humans you are paid to help like trash.
Why don’t you speak to your patients like human beings? Gross.
Front staff is great imo.

My family doctor Dvorskyy is the best doctor for anyone who’s looking a family doctor.
He is professional.

My new doctor is great, the staff however is not. I had to cancel an appointment because of an emergency hoping for a phone appointment instead and called 2 hours beforehand and of course no one picks up the phone as usual. Left a voicemail and did not get a call until 2 hours later! Not only that but their “online booking system” is useless and not helpful when you book 2 days before and they accept it at 9pm the night before. It’s been unorganized like this since I’ve been coming here for years but even them trying to “improve” it’s not getting any better

I am so blessed to have Dr. Wong as my family doctor! She is just the best! She is so caring, detailed oriented and thoughtful! Only praises for her!

I have been trying to schedule an appointment with one of your doctors for the past week, but I have been unable to do so. Despite leaving multiple messages throughout the week, I have not received a call back from anyone in your office. Additionally, every time I have tried to call, nobody has answered the phone.

As a patient, I find it unacceptable that I am unable to get through to your office and schedule an appointment. I understand that medical practices can be busy, but the lack of communication from your office is concerning and has caused me undue stress and inconvenience.

I’m sorry I’m a bit confused reading some of these reviews! Sure. I understand how ppl could be having a bad day or something they don’t like happening that’s out of staffs hands but there are some of the best doctors working here! You would think that would be a think people are great full for? ! You can’t please everyone I guess!

I take my kids here as it’s the only place we trust for the doctors, however the receptionists here are awful. Never answer the phone, make minimal effort to call back, and are overall irritating to make appointments with. If you walk in they give you an attitude when it’s a walk in for a reason.
