Was only with Dr. Sarafov for about a year, and realized that getting paid was more important to them than providing good oral care. The office staff are rude and unprofessional. The office manager Debbie is extremely difficult to deal with. They don’t direct bill, so be prepared to pay out of pocket.

I have been a patient for at least 20 yrs and I have been given great care and they always make time to fully discuss my options—in detail.

In the worst summer of my life, Bronte Village Dental has been a breath of fresh air. They are nothing but kind and considerate and do everything they can to take care of you. I haven’t been to a dentist in 7 years if not longer and as part of this extremely bad summer, I had gone to a different dentist for an emergency root canal and I had the worst panic attack I have ever experienced. So it is an understatement to say I went into Bronte Village Dental nervous. But even with all of the bad under my belt, Nicole, Debbie, Alyssa, and Dr. Minkov had me feeling calm and safe the entire time. Debbie even went out of her way to help keep my parents calm and informed because as witnesses to my tough summer, they were also understandably concerned. The team at Bronte Dental could write the master class on customer service and what it means to care for your patients. I have had to go back to them numerous times (More emergency dental work, fixing the dental work from the other place, and more. Like I said, it’s been a bad summer) and each time I go I feel more and more calm and more and more like I’m just visiting a friend. Visiting a friend who owns sharp pointy things and lets me have a lot of laughing gas as I need it, but a friend nonetheless. They care so much about their patients that after seeing the mess that was my mouth, they wanted to make sure that all necessary steps were taken to take care of me in the long run. I was an emergency patient, they didn’t have to do that but they went out of their way to make me feel calm, at home, and to make sure that I never had to go through this all again. They are good people. They are incredibly knowledgeable about how to handle nervous patients. I cannot sing their praises enough. I still have more to do and interact with them, but I know that they will continue to not disappoint! 15/10,12 gold stars, 1 appreciative patient, and 3 new patients as my parents and sister are all committed to switching dentists after how well they treated me.

Dr Sarafov, Debbie, and the whole team are just fantastic. I've had so many bad experiences previously to coming here, and ended up just avoiding the dentist for many years and suffering with the pain. Since coming here they've really changed my view. The staff and Dr Sarafov are very caring, and they make the time to answer all your questions and help you make an informed decision. Definitely come here if you get the chance!

I have been a guest (I don't use the term "client" for myself because.) for over 9 years and the feel is more family at this dental office. Dr. Sarafov and her wonderful team are exceptional. There is no need ever to be nervous going to this Dentist:) All these folks (reception and the cleaning crew, everyone) are top notch. Bronte Village Dental is hands down the most efficiently run, professional dental office I have ever dealt with. My husband and I love Dr. Sarafov so much that we moved out of Oakville 4 years ago and continue to travel back from Stoney Creek. Everything from the moment you walk through the door to when you walk out is hassle-free, friendly, and makes a dental visit as pleasant as it can possibly be.

First off, just booking at this clinic for the first time was a great experience and that’s before I had even been there yet. The clinic itself is modern and clean, the women at the reception are so kind and welcoming. I hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile but they made me feel completely comfortable. The dentist and dental assistant were amazing and I’ve decided to become a patient of theirs after this wonderful first visit!

My family and I have been going here for many years. We are always happy with the staff, they are always kind and helpful and they always go the extra mile for you. This place is always full of kind smiles. Whenever I need to make an appointment they get me in right away. They say what they mean and mean what they say. There is never a surprise to the cost/treatment. They literally make it painless!

All the staff, reception, doctors, etc.are the kindest people ever and truly care for each individual patient that walks through their doors. They always try to accommodate you to the very best of their ability and I’ve never had an issue with scheduling, etc (you don’t have to wait months for an appointment as someone can always help you out!) Plus they’re great at reminding me of my appointments and will check up on you.

Also: they always explain REALLY well everything that is going on with your teeth and go the extra mile to make you knowledgeable about what you are getting done, why and what to do next. Dr Iskra, like the other dentists there too, make you feel at ease since they really know what they are doing.

Service is A+ and they have the highest of standards! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had been going here for a long time and stopped because I could no longer handle how poorly they treated me. They flat out lied and charged me for services that never happened, called to resolve it and got cussed out over the phone. Fillings tend to crack then they’d get mad at me during my next appointment, like as if I’m not paying THEM to fix my teeth. Now I’m seeing that they’re disclosing peoples dental history in their responses — yet another example of them being unprofessional. And folks wonder why people dread going to the dentist? There are plenty of great dental clinics In the area, please avoid going here if you can.

Amazing team at BVD. They helped me get my smile back. The doctor helped me to find an affordable solution that was right for me. These are caring people. Trustworthy, safe and non-judgemental. I absolutely recommend this place.

Amazing professional dental services. Dr Sarafov runs an extremely clean and comfortable practice.

I personally have had billing issues where by thinking things were covered by benefits then get a bill a year later to pay and some could not be put on benefits as too much time had lapsed. I had my first filling done and upon leaving the appointment I had a crack in the tooth the filled that wasn't there before.
My husband had a root canal done a few years ago that had failed upon seeking advice from a different dentist and 2 specialists it appears the original root canal was not done properly causing defragment of the tooth and causing very severe infection. My husband has not had to have 2 dental surgeries and had ended up having the tooth pulled and an implant put in place which has cost us thousands of dollars all because the original canal was not correctly in the first place. The front desk staff are very nice but again had billing issues on more than one occasion. The hygienist and other dental staff all we're great but Dr Sarafov has caused issues that we're not there before for both myself and my husband. I personally would not recommend going here but have seen reviews from others who have had great experiences.

I have never felt more at home in any medical environment before. From start to finish every member of the team treated me like family.
Dr. Sarafov is extremely concerned with the comfort of the Patient as soon as they walk through her door. Her kind and soft spoken demeanor really put me at ease. She always takes the extra time to explain exactly what She will be doing so it makes sense to the patient. A true professional.

The office is beautiful. Doesn’t have that dentist office feel at all, very comfortable but modern.
Their work speaks for itself. I Wouldn’t be smiling today without them. ️
