Dr. Zak and his team were very accommodating when we rescued our 10 month old cat. They were very flexible with their scheduling to meet our needs. Dr. Zak updated her vaccines, examined her and a few days later we had her spayed. After the procedure he was very helpful in explaining her after care and also answering all of our questions. We feel very confident that our cat is in good hands.

I had an appointment with a vet when my dog was near death, they refused to treat him because “it’d take to long to treat him” so I raced to brooker ridge and not only did they save him but they kept him over night to insure his health. Forever grateful for saving his life

I am so grateful for Dr. Zak! He saved my little Leeloo! She needed an urgent surgery to remove her eye after a horrible accident, my fear was that she won’t survive the surgery because she is a small Yorkie and she’s 10 years old and small breads not always going through procedures like this successfully. Fortunately Dr. Zak did an incredible job! She got back to herself and walked right after waking up after surgery, I was so happy to see her surviving it! Thanks for all the staff everyone is super nice, friendly and caring. Thank you for everything!

Took my dog asap after a dog bite wounds. The vet and staff were so kind to my dog, even though he was anxious and in pain. Very thorough, explained the bill well and fairly priced. One of the best vet experiences I've ever had! 100% recommend.

Winston is our rescue puppy. He had his first visit with Dr. Zak to get his vaccinations and rabies shots. Dr. Zak and staff at Brooker Ridge Animal hospital were very attentive. At 6 months old, Winston returned to get neutered. Staff took great care of him during intake and Dr. Zak came out after the procedure to provide all the information about the surgery and post care. Brooker Ridge also did a fantastic job in providing care to our previous dog, Bobo.

Very professional and caring veterinarian. My dog Jack is always happy and wagging his tail when coming into the door since he was a puppy. Dr. Zak and his staff are very compassionate and friendly. I highly recommend this clinic.

I've visited this hospital a total of three times and despite the location being relatively far from me, I wouldn't consider taking my pet anywhere else. Not only does Dr. Saleh execute his procedures in a professional and timely manner, but he uses his expertise and knowledge to uncover possible underlying issues with your pet to treat them accordingly and recover their health. The first time I took my cat in for a general clean up, nail trim, and teeth check, Dr. Saleh noticed that there was irritation in my cats ears which I was initially completely unaware of. Upon further investigation, he found that there was inflammation of the eardrums which required just a simple ear drop treatment to remedy. Had I not known this, my cat would have been at risk of damaging/losing his hearing. I can't thank this clinic enough for the amount of care and passion the staff put into their work. If you're looking for a veterinarian that is well educated, enthusiastic, and puts heartfelt effort into his practice, then Dr. Saleh is the one. Your pet will surely be in good hands!

I recently took my dog to see Dr. Zak at the local animal hospital and I am incredibly impressed with the level of care he provided. Dr. Zak has a calming and compassionate demeanor, which made my dog feel at ease during the appointment.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this hospital. I am a first time pet owner and got my kitten Berry. She ate something and we took her to the 404 emergency. But we could not afford the pricy bills ($6000). I was in pure panic mode since I just came to Canada and I did not buy insurance for her. I took her here and Dr. Zak and his staff were amazing (with both Berry and me). Surprisingly found there was a girl speaking Mandarin (who helped us a lot）. They checked her out, went over her x-ray with me, and discussed my options. When I decided to go ahead with surgery, Dr. Zak arranged for an emergency surgery the same day at a very reasonable price and a great and professional animal hospital. My heart was broken that Berry had to go through this, but she was as good as new and getting into mischief again in no time.
Anytime I have any questions or near emergency situations (and there were a few), Dr. Zak and his team are always wonderful, very helpful and patient. Brooker Ridge Animal Hospital has a patient for life in Berry and I would certainly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of a vet. Especially if you are Chinses like me looking for a animal hospital in this area, this is absolutely the best choice! Dr. Zak and his team are so professional and supportive, never let you down.

I recently took my cat to see Dr. Zak at the local veterinary clinic and I couldn't be happier with the care she received. Dr. Zak was very thorough in his examination and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand.

During the exam, Dr. Zak noticed a small lump on my cat's side that I hadn't even noticed. He recommended a biopsy to determine if it was cancerous or not. I was nervous about the procedure, but Dr. Zak walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. The biopsy came back negative, and I am grateful to Dr. Zak for catching the lump early and providing us with peace of mind.
